It is to be understood that both the foregoing general description and the following detailed description are exemplary and explanatory and are intended to provide further explanation of the invention as claimed. , ≪ / RTI > equivalents, and alternatives.

Referring to FIGS. 1A and 1B, FIGS. 1A and 1B are conceptual diagrams illustrating an example of a mobile terminal according to the present invention in different directions.

Referring to FIGS. 1A and 1B, the disclosed mobile terminal 100 includes a bar-shaped terminal body. However, the present invention is not limited thereto and can be applied to various structures such as a folder type, a flip type, a slide type, a swing type, and a swivel type in which a watch type, a clip type, a glass type or two or more bodies are relatively movably coupled . A description of a particular type of mobile terminal, although relevant to a particular type of mobile terminal, is generally applicable to other types of mobile terminals.

Here, the terminal body can be understood as a concept of referring to the mobile terminal 100 as at least one aggregate.

The mobile terminal 100 includes a case (for example, a frame, a housing, a cover, and the like) that forms an appearance. As shown, the mobile terminal 100 may include a front case 101 and a rear case 102. Various electronic components are disposed in the inner space formed by the combination of the front case 101 and the rear case 102. At least one middle case may be additionally disposed between the front case 101 and the rear case 102.

A display unit 151 is disposed on a front surface of the terminal body to output information. The window 151a of the display unit 151 may be mounted on the front case 101 to form a front surface of the terminal body together with the front case 101. [

In some cases, electronic components may also be mounted on the rear case 102. Electronic parts that can be mounted on the rear case 102 include detachable batteries, an identification module, a memory card, and the like. In this case, a rear cover 103 for covering the mounted electronic components can be detachably coupled to the rear case 102. Therefore, when the rear cover 103 is separated from the rear case 102, the electronic parts mounted on the rear case 102 are exposed to the outside.

As shown, when the rear cover 103 is coupled to the rear case 102, a side portion of the rear case 102 can be exposed. In some cases, the rear case 102 may be completely covered by the rear cover 103 during the engagement. Meanwhile, the rear cover 103 may be provided with an opening for exposing the camera 121b and the sound output unit 152b to the outside.

These cases 101, 102, and 103 may be formed by injection molding of synthetic resin or may be formed of metal such as stainless steel (STS), aluminum (Al), titanium (Ti), or the like.

The mobile terminal 100 may be configured such that one case provides the internal space, unlike the above example in which a plurality of cases provide an internal space for accommodating various electronic components. In this case, a unibody mobile terminal 100 in which synthetic resin or metal is connected from the side to the rear side can be realized.

Meanwhile, the mobile terminal 100 may include a waterproof unit (not shown) for preventing water from penetrating into the terminal body. For example, the waterproof portion is provided between the window 151a and the front case 101, between the front case 101 and the rear case 102, or between the rear case 102 and the rear cover 103, And a waterproof member for sealing the inside space of the oven.

The mobile terminal 100 is provided with a display unit 151, first and second sound output units 152a and 152b, a proximity sensor 141, an illuminance sensor 142, a light output unit 154, Cameras 121a and 121b, first and second operation units 123a and 123b, a microphone 122, an interface unit 160, and the like.

1A and 1B, a display unit 151, a first sound output unit 152a, a proximity sensor 141, an illuminance sensor 142, an optical output unit (not shown) A second operation unit 123b, a microphone 122 and an interface unit 160 are disposed on a side surface of the terminal body, And a mobile terminal 100 having a second sound output unit 152b and a second camera 121b disposed on a rear surface thereof.

However, these configurations are not limited to this arrangement. These configurations may be excluded or replaced as needed, or placed on different planes. For example, the first operation unit 123a may not be provided on the front surface of the terminal body, and the second sound output unit 152b may be provided on the side surface of the terminal body rather than the rear surface of the terminal body.

The display unit 151 displays (outputs) information processed by the mobile terminal 100. For example, the display unit 151 may display execution screen information of an application program driven by the mobile terminal 100 or UI (User Interface) and GUI (Graphic User Interface) information according to the execution screen information .

The display unit 151 may be a liquid crystal display (LCD), a thin film transistor-liquid crystal display (TFT LCD), an organic light-emitting diode (OLED), a flexible display display, a 3D display, and an e-ink display.

In addition, the display unit 151 may exist in two or more depending on the embodiment of the mobile terminal 100. In this case, the mobile terminal 100 may be provided with a plurality of display portions spaced apart from each other or disposed integrally with one another, or may be disposed on different surfaces, respectively.

The display unit 151 may include a touch sensor that senses a touch with respect to the display unit 151 so that a control command can be received by a touch method. When a touch is made to the display unit 151, the touch sensor senses the touch, and the control unit 180 generates a control command corresponding to the touch based on the touch. The content input by the touch method may be a letter or a number, an instruction in various modes, a menu item which can be designated, and the like.

The touch sensor may be a film having a touch pattern and disposed between the window 151a and a display (not shown) on the rear surface of the window 151a, or may be a metal wire . Alternatively, the touch sensor may be formed integrally with the display. For example, the touch sensor may be disposed on a substrate of the display or inside the display.

In this way, the display unit 151 can form a touch screen together with the touch sensor, and in this case, the touch screen can function as a user input unit. In some cases, the touch screen may replace at least some functions of the first operation unit 123a.

The first sound output unit 152a may be implemented as a receiver for transmitting a call sound to a user's ear and the second sound output unit 152b may be implemented as a loud speaker for outputting various alarm sounds or multimedia playback sounds. ). ≪ / RTI >

The window 151a of the display unit 151 may be provided with an acoustic hole for emitting the sound generated from the first acoustic output unit 152a. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the sound may be configured to be emitted along an assembly gap (for example, a gap between the window 151a and the front case 101) between the structures. In this case, the appearance of the mobile terminal 100 can be made more simple because the hole formed independently for the apparent acoustic output is hidden or hidden.

The optical output unit 154 is configured to output light for notifying the occurrence of an event. Examples of the event include a message reception, a call signal reception, a missed call, an alarm, a schedule notification, an email reception, and reception of information through an application. The control unit 180 may control the light output unit 154 to terminate the light output when the event confirmation of the user is detected.

The first camera 121a processes an image frame of a still image or a moving image obtained by the image sensor in the photographing mode or the video communication mode. The processed image frame can be displayed on the display unit 151 and can be stored in the memory 170. [

The first and second operation units 123a and 123b may be collectively referred to as a manipulating portion as an example of a user input unit 123 operated to receive a command for controlling the operation of the mobile terminal 100 have. The first and second operation units 123a and 123b can be employed in any manner as long as the user is in a tactile manner such as touch, push, scroll, or the like. In addition, the first and second operation units 123a and 123b may be employed in a manner that the user operates the apparatus without touching the user through a proximity touch, a hovering touch, or the like.

In this figure, the first operation unit 123a is a touch key, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the first operation unit 123a may be a mechanical key or a combination of a touch key and a touch key.

The contents input by the first and second operation units 123a and 123b can be variously set. For example, the first operation unit 123a receives a command such as a menu, a home key, a cancellation, a search, and the like, and the second operation unit 123b receives a command from the first or second sound output unit 152a or 152b The size of the sound, and the change of the display unit 151 to the touch recognition mode.

On the other hand, a rear input unit (not shown) may be provided on the rear surface of the terminal body as another example of the user input unit 123. The rear input unit is operated to receive a command for controlling the operation of the mobile terminal 100, and input contents may be variously set. For example, commands such as power on / off, start, end, scrolling, and the like, the size adjustment of the sound output from the first and second sound output units 152a and 152b, And the like can be inputted. The rear input unit may be implemented as a touch input, a push input, or a combination thereof.

The rear input unit may be disposed so as to overlap with the front display unit 151 in the thickness direction of the terminal body. For example, the rear input unit may be disposed at the rear upper end of the terminal body such that when the user holds the terminal body with one hand, the rear input unit can be easily operated using the index finger. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the position of the rear input unit may be changed.

When a rear input unit is provided on the rear surface of the terminal body, a new type of user interface using the rear input unit can be realized. When the first operation unit 123a is not disposed on the front surface of the terminal body in place of at least a part of the functions of the first operation unit 123a provided on the front surface of the terminal body, The display unit 151 may be configured as a larger screen.

Meanwhile, the mobile terminal 100 may be provided with a fingerprint recognition sensor for recognizing the fingerprint of the user, and the controller 180 may use the fingerprint information sensed through the fingerprint recognition sensor as authentication means. The fingerprint recognition sensor may be embedded in the display unit 151 or the user input unit 123.

The microphone 122 is configured to receive the user's voice, other sounds, and the like. The microphone 122 may be provided at a plurality of locations to receive stereophonic sound.

The interface unit 160 is a path through which the mobile terminal 100 can be connected to an external device. For example, the interface unit 160 may include a connection terminal for connection with another device (for example, an earphone or an external speaker), a port for short-range communication (for example, an infrared port (IrDA Port), a Bluetooth port A wireless LAN port, or the like), or a power supply terminal for supplying power to the mobile terminal 100. The interface unit 160 may be implemented as a socket for receiving an external card such as a SIM (Subscriber Identification Module) or a UIM (User Identity Module) or a memory card for storing information.

And a second camera 121b may be disposed on a rear surface of the terminal body. In this case, the second camera 121b has a photographing direction which is substantially opposite to that of the first camera 121a.

The second camera 121b may include a plurality of lenses arranged along at least one line. The plurality of lenses may be arranged in a matrix form. Such a camera may be termed a (camera array) camera array. When the second camera 121b is configured as an array camera, images can be taken in various ways using a plurality of lenses, and a better quality image can be obtained.

The flash 124 may be disposed adjacent to the second camera 121b. The flash 124 shines light toward the subject when the subject is photographed by the second camera 121b.

And a second sound output unit 152b may be additionally disposed in the terminal body. The second sound output unit 152b may implement a stereo function together with the first sound output unit 152a and may be used for implementing a speakerphone mode in a call.

The terminal body may be provided with at least one antenna for wireless communication. The antenna may be embedded in the terminal body or formed in the case. For example, an antenna constituting a part of the broadcast receiving module may be configured to be able to be drawn out from the terminal body. Alternatively, the antenna may be formed in a film type and attached to the inner surface of the rear cover 103, or a case including a conductive material may be configured to function as an antenna.

The terminal body is provided with a power supply unit for supplying power to the mobile terminal 100. The power supply unit 190 may include a battery 191 built in the terminal body or detachable from the outside of the terminal body.

The battery 191 may be configured to receive power through a power cable connected to the interface unit 160. In addition, the battery 191 may be configured to be wirelessly chargeable through a wireless charger. The wireless charging may be implemented by a magnetic induction method or a resonance method (magnetic resonance method).

The rear cover 103 is configured to be coupled to the rear case 102 so as to cover the battery 191 to restrict the release of the battery 191 and to protect the battery 191 from external impact and foreign matter . When the battery 191 is detachably attached to the terminal body, the rear cover 103 may be detachably coupled to the rear case 102.

The mobile terminal 100 may be provided with an accessory that protects the appearance or supports or expands the function of the mobile terminal 100. [ One example of such an accessory is a cover or pouch that covers or accommodates at least one side of the mobile terminal 100. [ The cover or pouch may be configured to interlock with the display unit 151 to expand the function of the mobile terminal 100. Another example of an accessory is a touch pen for supplementing or extending a touch input to the touch screen.

2 shows an example of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. 2 shows a display module 210, a frame 220, a PCB 230, a back cover 240, a battery 250, and a battery cover 260. Fig.

The display module 210 is electrically connected to the PCB 230 to provide information to the user and may form one side of the mobile terminal. The display module 210 may include a display panel 212. For example, an LCD, an OLED panel, or the like.

The frame 220 forms a skeleton of the mobile terminal, and can fix the electronic parts provided in the mobile terminal. The display module 210 may be installed on one side of the frame 220. For example, the display module 210 may be installed on the front side of the frame 220 so that the display module 210 may form the front side of the mobile terminal.

The frame 220 may include a metal material or may be made of a metal material. Accordingly, the durability or rigidity of the mobile terminal can be improved.

Meanwhile, the frame 220 may constitute an antenna. Depending on the shape or the length of the frame 220, the frame 220 may function as an antenna of various frequency band regions.

Meanwhile, the frame 220 may be exposed to the outer surface of the mobile terminal. This means that the frame 220 can form part of the outer surface of the mobile terminal. When the frame 220 is exposed to the outer surface of the mobile terminal, ESD (electrostatic discharge) that may occur in the mobile terminal can be grounded to the outside. In addition, when the frame 220 is exposed to the outer surface of the mobile terminal, an abnormal voltage that may occur in the electronic component mounted inside the mobile terminal can be properly grounded to the outside of the mobile terminal.

The PCB 230 is mounted on the inside of the mobile terminal, in which electronic parts required for the mobile terminal are mounted. The PCB 230 may be located at one side of the frame 220. At this time, the PCB 230 and the frame 220 may be in mechanical contact, but this does not mean electrical connection or contact. The PCB 230 has a plane 232 so that the electronic components can be mounted. PCB 230 may have side 234. The side surface 234 may be formed in a direction different from the plane 232. For example, if plane 232 is located on the x-axis, side 234 may be located on the y-axis or z-axis. That is, the plane 232 and the side surface 234 are not defined by the shape of the PCB 230 but may be defined according to the position of the electronic parts mounted on the PCB 230. When the electronic components are mounted at different positions on the PCB 230, the plane 232 and side surfaces 234 can be redefined in terms of each electronic component.

The back cover 240 covers the PCB 230 located at one side of the frame 220 and can be fixed to the frame 220. The back cover 240 may be formed of synthetic resin, cover the entire PCB 230, or cover a part of the PCB 230.

A portion 234 of the PCB 230 and a portion 244 of the frame 220 form a battery receiving space so that the battery 250 can be seated.

The battery cover 260 may be fixed to the back cover 240 or the frame 220 so as to cover the battery 250 to prevent the battery 250 from being separated. The battery cover 260 may be made of metal or synthetic resin. The battery cover 260 may form the rear surface of the mobile terminal.

FIG. 3 shows an example of a cross section of a mobile terminal 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 4 to 18 show examples of cutting the mobile terminal 200 according to A-A 'in FIG.

4, the display module 210, the frame 220, the PCB 230, the back cover 240, the battery cover 260 (see FIG. 4) ), And clip (300). The display module 210 may include a display panel 212, a touch sensor 214, and a window 216. The same reference numerals are given to the same elements as those described above, and a description thereof will be omitted.

The PCB 230 may be positioned between the display panel 212, the frame 220, the frame 220, and the back cover 240. The PCB 230 has a plane 232 on which electronic components are mounted. PCB 230 may also have side 234. The plane 232 of the PCB 230 may be viewed through the display panel 212 and the back cover 240 may be viewed. That is, the plane 232 of the PCB 230 may be located on the x-axis. The plane 232 of the PCB 230 may contact the frame 220b. At this time, the plane 232 of the PCB 230 is in contact with the frame 220b to fix the position of the PCB 230, and is not electrically connected to the frame 220b. Meanwhile, the side surface 234 of the PCB 230 may be positioned on the y-axis. There may be a frame 220a close to or adjacent to the side 234 of the PCB 230. [ At this time, a part of the frame 220a may form an outer surface of the mobile terminal. Meanwhile, the frame 220a may include a metal material.

The clip 300 may be mounted on the plane 232 of the PCB 230. For example, the clip 300 may be soldered to the plane 232 of the PCB 230 and electrically connected to other electronic components mounted on the PCB 230. In addition, the clip 300 may be electrically connected to the frame 220. To this end, the clip 300 extends from the plane 232 of the PCB 230 and is bent toward the side 234 of the PCB 230. For example, the plane 232 where the clip 300 is mounted on the PCB 230 may be on the x-axis, and the direction in which the clip 300 extends may be on the y-axis. The clip 300 extends in the y-axis direction and can again be bent in the x-axis direction. For example, the clip 300 may have a securement portion 310, an elastic portion 320, and a contact portion 350. The fixing part 310 may be fixed to the PCB 230 and may be electrically connected to the electronic parts mounted on the PCB 230. The contact portion 350 may be electrically connected to the frame 220a. The elastic portion 320 may extend from the fixing portion 310 and may be elongated in the y-axis direction. At this time, the elastic portion 320 may have elasticity in the x-axis direction about the fixing portion 310. For example, the elastic portion 320 may be a leaf spring. The fixing portion 310 and the elastic portion 320 may be separately formed and joined together, or may be integrally formed. The contact portion 350 may be bent and formed from the elastic portion 320. The contact portion 350 may be a part of the elastic portion 320. The contact portion 350 refers to a portion in contact with the frame 220a.

In another aspect, the clip 300 may include a securement portion 310, an elastic portion 320, an extension portion 330, a flexure portion 340, and a contact portion 350. The fixing part 310 may be fixed to the PCB 230 and electrically connected to the electronic parts mounted on the PCB 230. The elastic portion 320 means that elasticity can be given to the clip 300, and thus the elastic portion 320 may not be limited to any one configuration. The extension portion 330 may extend from the fixing portion 310. For example, the extending portion 330 can be elongated in the y-axis direction. The bent portion 340 may be formed to be bent from the extending portion 330. For example, when the extending portion 330 extends in the y-axis direction, the bent portion 340 may be formed to be bent in the x-axis direction from the extending portion 330. The contact portion 350 may be a portion where the bent portion 340 contacts the frame 220a. The elastic portion 320 may be configured to include at least one of the extended portion 330, the bent portion 340, and the abutting portion 350. The elastic portion 320 may be derived from the shape of the clip 300 or may be derived from the material of the clip 300.

Thus, the clip 300 can electrically connect the PCB 230 and the frame 220a. This electrical connection may be the connection of the electronic component and the antenna mounted on the PCB 230, the grounding of the electronic component mounted on the PCB 230 and the ground, and the connection of the electronic component mounted on the PCB 230 and the ESD It may be ground for removal.

5 shows another example of a section of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. 5 shows a display module 210, a frame 220, a PCB 230, a back cover 240, a battery cover 260, and a clip 300. The same reference numerals are given to the same elements as those described above, and a description thereof will be omitted.

The clip 300 may include a securement portion 310, an elastic portion 320, an extension portion 330, a flexure portion 340, and a contact portion 350. The fixing part 310 is fixed to the PCB 230 and can be electrically connected to the electronic parts mounted on the PCB 230. [ The extension portion 330 may be formed extending from the fixing portion 310. The elastic portion 320 may be connected to the fixing portion 310 and the extending portion 330 to be supported by the fixing portion 310 and may provide an elastic force to the extending portion 330. For example, the elastic portion 320 may provide an elastic force to the extending portion 330 so that the extending portion 330 can rotate in the x-axis direction. The bent portion 340 may be formed by being folded from the extended portion 330. For example, when the extension 330 is elongated in the y-axis direction, the bend 340 may be folded in the x-axis direction and bent toward the PCB 230 side 234. I.e., toward the frame 220a adjacent to the side 234 of the PCB 230. The contact portion 350 may be a portion where the bent portion 340 is in electrical contact with the frame 220a.

6 shows another example of a cross section of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. 6 shows a display module 210, a frame 220, a PCB 230, a back cover 240, a battery cover 260, and a clip 300.

[ The extension 330 can extend from the fixing portion 310 along the plane 232 of the PCB 230. [ The bend 340 may be bent from the extension 330 toward the side 234 of the PCB 230. The bending direction of the bent portion 340 may mean a direction away from the side surface 234 of the PCB 230 as well as a direction away from the side surface 234 of the PCB 230. For example, the bent portion 340 may be bent from the extending portion 330 along the -x axis direction and again bent along the + x axis direction. In other words, the bent portion 340 may be formed to have an inflection point. The contact portion 350 can electrically connect the bent portion and the frame 220a. The elastic portion 320 may not only provide an elastic force to the extended portion 330 about the fixed portion 310 but may also provide an elastic force to the contacting portion 350 from the extended portion 330. [

7 shows another example of a section of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. 7 shows a display module 210, a frame 220, a PCB 230, a back cover 240, a battery cover 260, and a clip 300.

The clip 300 may include a securement portion 310, an elastic portion 320, an extension portion 330, a flexure portion 340, and a contact portion 350. The fixing part 310 is fixed to the PCB 230 and can be electrically connected to the electronic parts mounted on the PCB 230. Meanwhile, the bent portion 340 may be formed to contact the side surface 234 of the PCB 230. For example, the bend 340 may be annular. The bent portion 340 may contact both the extension portion 330, the frame 220a, and the side surface 234 of the PCB 230. In other words, The bending part 340 contacts the extension part 330 and the side surface 234 of the PCB 230 and simultaneously contacts the frame 220a to provide an elastic force to the contact parts 350a and 350b, 220a can be secured. This means that the clip 300 can secure the electrical connection between the PCB 230 and the frame 220, despite the external force being applied to the mobile terminal. The elastic portion 320 may form the bent portion 340 and the contact portions 350a and 350b.

8 shows another example of a section of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. 8 shows a display module 210, a frame 220, a PCB 230, a back cover 240, a battery cover 260, and a clip 300.

The clip 300 may include a securement portion 310, an elastic portion 320, an extension portion 330, a flexure portion 340, and a contact portion 350. The fixing part 310 is fixed to the PCB 230 and can be electrically connected to the electronic parts mounted on the PCB 230. [ The extension 330 can extend from the fixing portion 310 along the plane 232 of the PCB 230. [ The bend 340 may be bent from the extension 330 toward the side 234 of the PCB 230. For example, the extending portion 330 is formed long in the + y-axis direction, and the bent portion 340 can be bent from the extending portion 330 toward the x-axis direction. Further, the bent portion 340 may bend toward the -y axis again after coming into contact with the frame 220a. For example, the bend 340 may be U-shaped, and the clip 300 may be generally J-shaped. The curvature of the bent portion 340 may vary depending on the distance between the side surface 234 of the PCB 230 and the frame 220a. Thereby, there is an advantage that the use range of the clip 300 can be improved. That is, the distance between the side surface 234 of the PCB 230 provided inside the mobile terminal and the frame 220a may not be constant. In this case, different clips 300 should be used. In this case, 300) can solve this inconvenience. Therefore, the assembling convenience can be increased.

9 shows an example of a process of assembling a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention.

After the display module 210 is mounted on the frame 220, the PCB 230 can be mounted on the frame 220. The plane 232 of the PCB 230 may be fixed in the frame 220b. The side surface 234 of the PCB 230 may be spaced apart from the frame 220a. The frame 220b may be a frame provided inside the mobile terminal, and the frame 220a may be a frame connected to the outside of the mobile terminal. The PCB 230 may be electrically connected to the frame 220a by the clip 300. At this time, the clip 300 mounted on the PCB 230 may be in contact with the frame 220a during the process of mounting the PCB 230 on the frame 220a. The distance d between the frame 220a and the side surface 234 of the PCB 230 may be varied and the clip 300 may be mounted on the PCB 230 and the frame 230 depending on the shape of the bend 340 of the clip 300. [ The second electrode 220a can be electrically connected. As a result, the assembling convenience of the mobile terminal can be increased.

10 shows another example of a cross section of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. 10 shows a display module 210, a frame 220, a PCB 230, a back cover 240, a battery cover 260, and a clip 300.

The clip 300 may include a securement portion 310, an elastic portion 320, an extension portion 330, a flexure portion 340, and a contact portion 350. The resilient portion 320 may be provided from the shape of the extension 330 and the bend 340. The fixing part 310 may be fixed to the PCB 230 and may be electrically connected to the electronic parts mounted on the PCB 230. The first extension portion 330c may extend from the fixing portion 310 toward the frame 220b. For example, the first extension portion 330c can be extended with a constant slope in the x and y axis directions. The first bent portion 340c may be formed at a point where the first extended portion 330c contacts the first frame 220b. For example, the first frame 220b may face a plane 232 of the PCB 230. That is, when the plane 232 of the PCB 230 is positioned on the x-axis, the first frame 220b may also be located on the x-axis. The first contact portion 350c may be formed at a position where the first bent portion 340c contacts the first frame 220b. The second extension portion 330d may extend from the first contact portion 350c. The second extension portion 330d may be straight or may form a curve. The second extension 330d may extend along the plane 232 of the PCB 230. [ For example, if the second extension portion 330d forms a curve and extends along the y-axis, the second extension portion 330d may have an inflection point. The second bent portion 340c can also be bent from the second extending portion 330d toward the side surface 234 of the PCB 230. [ For example, the second extension portion 330d may extend along the y-axis, the second bend portion 340c may be bent toward the x-axis, and may contact the second frame 220a to form the second contact portion 350d . By the overall shape of the clip 300, the clip 300 not only provides elastic force but also the clip 300 can be electrically connected to the first frame 220b and the second frame 220a at the same time.

In this way, the clip 300 can electrically connect the PCB 230 and the frame 220. This electrical connection may be the connection of the electronic component and the antenna mounted on the PCB 230, the grounding of the electronic component mounted on the PCB 230 and the ground, and the connection of the electronic component mounted on the PCB 230 and the ESD It may be ground for removal.

11 shows another example of a section of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. 11 shows a display module 210, a frame 220, a PCB 230, a back cover 240, a battery cover 260, and a clip 300.

[ The second bent portion 340c can also be bent from the second extending portion 330d toward the side surface 234 of the PCB 230. [ For example, the second extension portion 330d extends with a constant inclination in the x and y axes, the second bend portion 340c is bent toward the x-axis and is in contact with the second frame 220a, 350d. The end of the second bent portion 340d may contact the side surface 234 of the PCB 230 to form the third contact portion 350e. By the overall shape of the clip 300, the clip 300 not only provides elastic force but also the clip 300 can be electrically connected to the first frame 220b and the second frame 220a at the same time. In addition, as the third contact portion 350e is formed, the clip 300 is entirely looped along the fixed portion 310, the first contact portion 350c, the second contact portion 350d, and the third contact portion 350e And can maintain a certain level of elasticity. Accordingly, electrical contact between the clip 300 and the first and second frames 220b and 220a can be appropriately maintained.

12 shows another example of a section of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. The same contents as those described with reference to Figs. 10 and 11 are omitted. The second extension portion 330d may have an inflection point and the second bent portion 340d may extend to the side surface 234 of the PCB 230 to form the third contact portion 350e. According to the overall shape of the clip 300, the clip 300 forms a loop along the fixing portion 310, the first contact portion 350c, the second contact portion 350d, and the third contact portion 350e, The contact force between the clip 300 and the first and second frames 220b and 220a can be improved by distributing the force in the direction of the arrow by the inflection point of the second extension portion 330d.

13 shows an example of a clip 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 13 (a) shows an example of the plate 300 of the clip 300, Fig. 13 (b) shows an example of the shape of the clip 300, For example.

13 (a) and 13 (b), the clip 300 may be formed of a single plate. For example, a plate spring material can be used for the plate. The plate may have a first side 361, a second side 362, a third side 363, and a fourth side 364. A folding line that can be bent by a press work can be formed between each of the surfaces. The first surface 361 to the fourth surface 364 may be bent by a press to form a three-dimensional shape. The first surface 361 to the third surface 363 may form the fixing portion 310 of the clip 300. The second surface 362 may be physically fixed to the PCB 230 by soldering or the like, and may be electrically connected to the PCB 230. The first surface 361 and the third surface 363 may be folded to form a partition wall from the second surface 362. The fourth surface 364 may be bent to face the second surface 362 and with reference to Figure 14 the first portion 365 may form a first extension 330h, The portion 366 may form the first bend 340h and the third portion 367 may form the second extension 330u and the second bend 340u. The first surface 361 to the fourth surface 364 may be integrally formed, and each may be formed of a separate plate and welded. The elastic portion 320 may be formed as the first portion 365 is fixed to the third surface 363 and the second portion 366 is formed extending from the first portion 365. [ In addition, the elastic portion 320 can be formed as the second portion 366 is bent in a hook shape. The bend 340 may bend toward the second surface 362 from the fourth surface 364 so that the clip 300 may be entirely J-shaped. The contact portion 350 may be formed in the second portion 366. The third portion 367 may be formed by bending in a circular shape. Referring to FIG. 14, the second elastic portion 320u, the second extension portion 330u, the second bent portion 340u, and the second contact portion 350u are formed by bending the third portion 367 in a circular shape, .

13 (c), the clip 300 is configured such that the first portion 365 and the second portion 366 are resiliently biased about the boundary B between the third surface 363 and the fourth surface 364 You can exercise. The clip 300 also allows the third portion 367 to move elastically about the boundary B between the third face 363 and the fourth face 364. Here, the elastic movement of the first portion 365 and the second portion 366 and the third portion 367 can occur independently. This means that the elastic movement of the first portion 365 and the second portion 366 may not affect the elastic movement of the third portion 367. [ In other respects, the movement of the first portion 365 and the second portion 366 and the movement of the third portion 367 can be done separately.

14 shows another example of a section of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. 14 shows a display module 210, a frame 220, a PCB 230, a back cover 240, a battery cover 260, and a clip 300.

The clip 300 may include a securement portion 310, an elastic portion 320, an extension portion 330, a flexure portion 340, and a contact portion 350. The fixing part 310 is fixed to the PCB 230 and can be electrically connected to the electronic parts mounted on the PCB 230. [ The first extension 330h may extend from the fixed portion 310 along the plane 232 of the PCB 230. [ The first bend 340h can be bent from the first extension 330h toward the side 234 of the PCB 230. [ For example, the first extending portion 330h is formed to be long in the + y axis direction, and the first bent portion 340h can be bent from the first extending portion 330h toward the x axis direction. Further, the first bend section 340h may be bent toward the -y axis again after being in contact with the first frame 220a. For example, the first bend 340h may be U-shaped, and the clip 300 may be J-shaped overall. The curvature of the first bent portion 340h may vary according to the distance between the side surface 234 of the PCB 230 and the first frame 220a.

The second extension portion 330u may extend from the fixing portion 310 toward the frame 220b. For example, the second extension portion 330u may be extended with a constant inclination in the -x and -y axis directions. The second bent portion 340u may be formed at a point where the second extending portion 330u contacts the second frame 220b. For example, the second frame 220b may face the plane 232 of the PCB 230. That is, when the plane 232 of the PCB 230 is located on the x-axis, the second frame 220b may also be located on the x-axis. The second contact portion 350u may be formed at a position where the second bent portion 340u contacts the second frame 220b. The second extended portion 330u, the second bent portion 340u, and the second contact portion 350u may be D-shaped or U-shaped as a whole.

Thus, the clip 300 can electrically connect the PCB 230 and the adjacent frames 220. This electrical connection may be the connection of the electronic component and the antenna mounted on the PCB 230, the grounding of the electronic component mounted on the PCB 230 and the ground, and the connection of the electronic component mounted on the PCB 230 and the ESD It may be ground for removal.

15 shows another example of the assembling process of the mobile terminal according to the embodiment of the present invention. 15 (a) and 15 (b) show before and after the PCB 230 is inserted into the frame 220 side of the mobile terminal.

After the display module 210 is mounted on the frame 220, the PCB 230 can be mounted on the frame 220. The plane 232 of the PCB 230 may be fixed in the second frame 220b. The side surface 234 of the PCB 230 may be spaced apart from the first frame 220a. The second frame 220b may be a frame provided inside the mobile terminal and the first frame 220a may be a frame connected to the outside of the mobile terminal. The PCB 230 can be electrically connected to the first 220a and the second frame 220b by the clip 300. [ At this time, the clip 300 fixed to the PCB 230 may be brought into contact with the first frame 220a during the process of mounting the PCB 230 on the frame 220. The distance between the first frame 220a and the side surface 234 of the PCB 230 may be varied and the clip 300 may be mounted on the PCB 230 and the first frame 220 according to the shape of the bent portion 340h of the clip 300.
