도 2는 본 발명의 표면 보호 필름에서 첩합용 필름을 박리한 상태를 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 표면 보호 필름을 광학 부품에 첩합한 실시예 중 하나를 나타내는 단면도이다.
Claims (6)
- 투명 기재의 적어도 한쪽 면에, 폴리에테르 변성 실리콘을 함유하는 실리콘 점착제 조성물로 이루어지는 점착제층을 가지며, 당해 점착제층 위에, 대전 방지제층을 갖는 첩합용 필름이 상기 대전 방지제층을 개재하여 첩합된 표면 보호 필름에 있어서, 상기 첩합용 필름이 수지 필름의 한쪽 면에 상기 대전 방지제층으로서, 바인더 수지와, 당해 바인더 수지와 반응하지 않는 대전 방지제를 함유하는 대전 방지제층을 적층하여 이루어지고, 상기 대전 방지제층의 성분이 상기 첩합용 필름에서 상기 점착제층의 표면으로 전사되어, 상기 점착제층을 피착체에서 박리할 때의 박리 대전압이 저감되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 보호 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 대전 방지제가 이온성 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 보호 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 대전 방지제가 알칼리 금속을 양이온으로 하는 이온성 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 보호 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 점착제층의 두께가 2∼250㎛인 표면 보호 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 첩합용 필름을 상기 점착제층에서 박리할 때의 박리력이 0.005∼0.3N/50㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 보호 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항의 표면 보호 필름이 첩합되어 이루어지는 광학 부품.
