Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to an electric mobility assistance apparatus having a smart phone charging platform,

The present invention relates to an electric mobility assistance device, and more particularly, to an electric mobility assistance device provided with a smartphone charging platform and equipped with a smartphone charging platform for charging a smartphone even when a disabled person is moving.

Today, the world's best electronic device is a smartphone. Until the emergence of smartphones, computers have begun to make numerous advances at the forefront of electronic devices. In the development of laptops for desktops and mobility, a smartphone, the industrial revolution of electronic devices, has emerged. In today's society where smart phones are replacing what a computer can do, the importance of smartphones is growing, and the need is even greater.

The smartphone can be used anywhere regardless of location because it is the easiest to carry, and it is used in various fields such as internet, mail, game, messenger, video call, SNS. All of the underlying technologies such as camera, video, recording, and photo editing are quickly evolving to suit smartphones.

Now it can be called smartphone war era. Each company is pushing ahead with the latest smartphones and is focusing on launching smartphones with better technology and features. In addition to computers, technical functions for smartphones are rapidly being developed. As a result, users of smartphones have increased exponentially and usage has increased, but the performance of batteries has not developed so fast. So, we are developing a lot of smartphone low power products rather than battery technology, and as the size of the screen gets bigger, a small amount of battery consumption is continuously being developed. Since the launch of the Galaxy series, Samsung has been experiencing swelling and discharging in one of the battery makers that have been made by several makers.

As the usage of smartphone increases, many products that can cope with battery capacity shortage are being developed and released. There are also more users of secondary batteries that can be charged while on the move, and more users of large capacity batteries are also getting used. Smartphone users, especially in the case of workers, have a lot of battery power and can always turn off the phone. I can often observe that I always carry a charger and always fill the battery, which is another landscape after the smartphone has been created.

Current smartphone battery charging is the homework of all users. There are also a variety of charging methods, such as a general charger used by plugging into various electrical outlets, a method of charging and data transfer using a computer USB, a car charger, and a portable charger. In the history of subway, we are providing fast recharging service and users can be found in mind. At convenience stores that we use, we are charging quickly for a fee. The fact that there are many ways to charge like this can be the story of the lack of battery and the desire of the user.

I believe that non-handicapped people who are in charge of daily life at anytime and anywhere can use these battery charging methods well. One of the means of transportation for non-disabled people is the house, the company, and the next place to spend a lot of time.

The car is equipped with a 12-volt battery, and the car is equipped with a generator called a generator that charges the car battery while driving. Therefore, a lot of devices have been developed using batteries of automobiles. There are some products developed for use with laptops, and if you use an inverter, you have a variety of products that can use all 220V household electronics. Of course, there are many kinds of devices that can charge smart phones. Charging your smartphone while traveling in a car and using navigation will not stress the battery shortage at all. Similarly, most people with disabilities use 'electric mobility aids'. The electric assistant mechanism is also equipped with two 12v and is made with 24v. Electric aids do not have the ability to charge their own batteries. It is possible to move the electric aids by using electric power for household use. It is designed to travel at least 25km by one charge.

However, there is a problem in that there is no function to charge the smartphone when moving like an automobile although the electric mobility assistance device can move.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to solve the above problems of the prior art.

Specifically, it is an object of the present invention to provide a charging platform capable of charging a smartphone with an electric mobility assistance device, which is a major means of transportation for persons with disabilities.

To achieve these and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the present invention, as embodied and broadly described herein, there is provided an electric mobility assist device including a smartphone charging platform, comprising: an electric motor for providing a driving force; A battery 120 for supplying electric power; A steering device 130; A front wheel 140 steered by the steering device 130; A rear wheel 150 driven by the electric motor 110; And a sheet (160); Armrests 170; An articulated arm 200 mounted on one side of the armrest of the electric wheel chair 100 and driven by two or more articulated joints; A cradle main body 300 mounted at an end of the articulated arm 200 and forming a cradle space for accommodating the smartphone A therein; A support 310 mounted on one side of the cradle main body and supporting the smartphone A in the cradle main body; A charging terminal (320) formed at the lower end of the interior of the cradle body; And a charging cable 330 connected to the battery 120 of the electric wheel chair 100 and penetrating the inside of the armrest 170 and the articulated arm 200 to be coupled with the charging terminal 320 And a charging platform (2000).

As described above, the present invention provides a charging platform capable of charging a smart phone to an electric mobility assistance device, which is a main moving means of a disabled person, so that the disabled person can conveniently use the smart phone.

1 is a configuration diagram of an electric mobility aiding apparatus equipped with a smartphone charging platform according to an embodiment of the present invention;
2 is an enlarged view of a filling platform according to an embodiment of the present invention;

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited by the scope of the present invention.

The batteries of the electric mobility aids use 12v 2 serial connection 24v. The minimum battery capacity is 35A ~ 75A and the driving range is 25Km ~ 60Km.

Batteries in electric mobility aids are slightly different from car batteries. The battery for the car is the battery to start the car. The battery is not used after start-up. The engine is designed to generate electricity by driving the generator. The battery life of the car can be used from 3 to 5 years. State. However, the electric transfer assist device battery is designed to discharge more than 90% after one charge. This is because there is no generator that can charge the battery due to the nature of the electric aids, and it is designed to make the discharge of the battery possible so that the electric vehicle can move easily.

The electric mobility aids guarantee the freedom of movement and safety. It is convenient to use for the disabled and it can be used only when the safety is guaranteed. However, there may be a safety problem when the wiring is deformed or the product is damaged for charging the smart phone. . The battery is mounted on the lower part of the electric aids and designed to the center of gravity. It is a cycle of replacing the battery for one year and six months to two years. It is not preferable to add a wire to the battery because it is often necessary to disassemble and replace the battery when the battery is replaced.

 The electric car battery is a recycle battery and has charging input terminal. This should be used to create an output terminal of 5V-3A. Also, do not inconvenience the use of electric trains.

Also, during charging, do not interfere with electric trains, and use only fine electricity that will not overload the battery. The use of electric mobility aids is mobile and the speed varies from 8 to 13k. Problems on the move are worse than we think. In the case of a car, a towing vehicle is called for repair at an automobile repair center, but the stopping of the electric aids is fatal. There is no way for a user with a disability to cope. There is a manual switch as a safety device. Even if it is changed manually, the weight of the electric car and the weight of the user is at least 150k, so a special car that can load the electric car is needed. Therefore, the smart charging device that can induce defects of the train must not interfere with the electric car at all and the battery of the electric car must use only a small amount of electricity. If the amount of electricity used is large, the mileage of electric trains will be short.

Therefore, battery of electric assist device should be up to 28v volts with 24v, so smart charger input voltage should be widely used from 7v to 40v, and smart charger should be damaged so that it can be cut off as safety device in case of overcurrent. It is preferable to use a micro-usb output and 5v 3A output.

Referring to FIG. 1, an electric movement assisting mechanism provided with a smartphone charging platform according to the present invention, designed in consideration of the above, includes an electric motor 110 for providing a driving force; A battery 120 for supplying electric power; A steering device 130; A front wheel 140 steered by the steering device 130; A rear wheel 150 driven by the electric motor 110; And a sheet (160); Armrests 170; An articulated arm 200 mounted on one side of the armrest of the electric wheel chair 100 and driven by two or more articulated joints; A cradle main body 300 mounted at an end of the articulated arm 200 and forming a cradle space for accommodating the smartphone A therein; A support 310 mounted on one side of the cradle main body and supporting the smartphone A in the cradle main body; A charging terminal (320) formed at the lower end of the interior of the cradle body; And a charging cable 330 connected to the battery 120 of the electric wheel chair 100 and penetrating the inside of the armrest 170 and the articulated arm 200 to be coupled with the charging terminal 320 And a charging platform (2000).
