Claims (12)
- 케이싱 내에 마련되는 오목부와,
상기 오목부를 덮는 것에 의해 상기 오목부와의 사이에 유체가 흐르는 공간인 밸브실을 형성하는 다이어프램과,
상기 오목부로 개구되고 또한 상기 밸브실로 유체를 유입시키는 유입 포트와,
상기 오목부로 개구되고 또한 상기 밸브실로부터 유체를 유출시키는 유출 포트와,
상기 다이어프램을 요동시켜, 상기 다이어프램을, 상기 유출 포트의 개구가 이루는 밸브 시트에 밀착 또는 격리시킴으로써, 상기 유출 포트를 폐쇄 또는 개방하는 다이어프램 구동 수단을 갖는 밸브 장치로서,
상기 오목부는, 상기 밸브 시트측으로부터, 상기 유입 포트가 상기 밸브실과 연통되는 유입 개구로 갈수록 깊이가 점차 증가하는 경사부를 가지며,
상기 밸브실은, 상기 유출 포트 및 유입 포트가 나열되는 세로 방향과, 상기 세로 방향 및 상기 깊이 방향과 직교하는 폭 방향을 가지며,
상기 유입 개구의 폭 방향의 양측에 제1 볼록부가 마련됨으로써, 상기 경사부는, 상기 유입 개구로부터 상기 밸브 시트로 갈수록 폭이 점차 증가하는 테이퍼형인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 볼록부는, 상기 밸브실의 폭 방향의 양측으로부터 상기 유입 개구로 갈수록, 상기 유입 개구를 통과하는 평면에 대한 기울기가 점차 증가하는 것인 밸브 장치. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 유출 포트는, 제1 유출 포트 및 제2 유출 포트의 2계통이 배치되고,
상기 다이어프램 구동 수단이, 상기 다이어프램을 요동시켜, 상기 다이어프램을, 상기 제1 유출 포트의 개구가 이루는 제1 밸브 시트 또는 상기 제2 유출 포트의 개구가 이루는 제2 밸브 시트 중 어느 한쪽에 밀착시킴으로써, 상기 밸브실의 유체를 상기 제1 유출 포트 또는 상기 제2 유출 포트 중의 다른쪽으로부터 유출시키고,
상기 오목부는, 상기 제1 밸브 시트측으로부터, 상기 유입 포트가 상기 밸브실과 연통되는 유입 개구로 갈수록 깊이가 점차 증가하는 제1 경사부와, 상기 제2 밸브 시트측으로부터, 상기 유입 개구로 갈수록 깊이가 점차 증가하는 제2 경사부를 가지며,
상기 제1 유출 포트, 유입 포트 및 제2 유출 포트는 이 순서로 배열되고,
상기 제1 경사부 및 상기 제2 경사부는, 상기 유입 개구로부터 상기 제1 밸브 시트 및 제2 밸브 시트로 갈수록 폭이 점차 증가하는 것인 밸브 장치. - 제 1항 내지 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 다이어프램측에서 본 평면도에 있어서, 상기 경사부는 30∼60도의 테이퍼각을 갖는 것인 밸브 장치. - 제 1항 내지 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 오목부의 둘레 가장자리에는, 상기 다이어프램과 밀착하여 그 다이어프램을 유지하는 유지면이 형성되고,
상기 제1 볼록부의 상기 유지면으로부터의 깊이는 0 mm보다 큰 것인 밸브 장치. - 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 경사부에는, 상기 다이어프램측으로 돌출되는 제2 볼록부가 마련되는 것인 밸브 장치. - 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 유입 개구의 깊이는 상기 밸브 시트의 깊이보다 큰 것인 밸브 장치. - 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 유입 개구의 깊이와 상기 밸브 시트의 깊이의 차이가 0.3 mm 이상인 것인 밸브 장치. - 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 밸브 시트는 상기 다이어프램측으로 돌출되는 것인 밸브 장치. - 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 경사부는, 상기 유입 개구를 통과하는 평면에 대하여 3도∼15도의 각도로 경사지는 것인 밸브 장치. - 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 케이싱은, 상기 오목부가 형성되는 제1 블록과, 상기 제1 블록에 고착되어 상기 다이어프램을 유지하는 제2 블록을 포함하고,
상기 제1 블록과 상기 제2 블록의 맞춤면을 기준면으로 했을 때, 상기 밸브 시트의 깊이(DA)는 1.5∼2.5 mm이고, 상기 유입 개구의 깊이(DB)는 2.0∼3.0 mm인 것인 밸브 장치. - 제 1항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다이어프램 구동 수단은, 코일과, 상기 코일에 대한 통전에 의해 상기 다이어프램에 변위를 부여하는 플런저를 포함하는 것인 밸브 장치.
