A window (22) is formed on the key holder (30) to be opened to one side while the key holder (30) is accommodated. A control protrusion (35) protrudes from the key holder (30) to allow a locking display (C) and an unlocking display (O) to protrude to the outside of an operating ring (40) having a rotational hole (42).
