Abstract
스티로폴비즈 85내지 95부피부를 혼합하여 성형틀에서 발포한 불연단열 발포폴리스티로폼을 사용하여 샌드위치판넬을 만들고;
상기 별도의 혼합액은,
물 100중량부에 질산 11~19중량부, 및 마그네슘 3~7중량부를 혼합한 기초액(a); 및
물 100중량부에 발열제인 산화나트륨 4~21중량부, 실리카 45~56중량부, 및 분산제인 폴리옥시알킬에테르 0.3~0.9중량부를 혼합한 1차혼합액(b)을 구비하고;
상기 1차혼합액(b)에 상기 기초액(a) 4~9중량부와 단열제로 탄산마그네슘을 1.6~5.2중량부를 첨가 혼합한 2차혼합액(c)인 것을 특징으로 하는 불연단열샌드위치판넬 제조방법.

Claims (6)
- 탄소분말과 실리카를 같은 중량비로 혼합하여 1300내지 2000℃로 용융시킨 다음 냉각시켜 분말화한 무기분말 10~25중량%에, 별도의 혼합액 75~90중량%를 혼합한 무기분말 혼합액 5내지 15부피부; 및
스티로폴비즈 85내지 95부피부를 혼합하여 성형틀에서 발포한 불연단열 발포폴리스티로폼을 사용하여 샌드위치판넬을 만들고;
상기 별도의 혼합액은,
물 100중량부에 질산 11~19중량부, 및 마그네슘 3~7중량부를 혼합한 기초액(a); 및
물 100중량부에 발열제인 산화나트륨 4~21중량부, 실리카 45~56중량부, 및 분산제인 폴리옥시알킬에테르 0.3~0.9중량부를 혼합한 1차혼합액(b)을 구비하고;
상기 1차혼합액(b)에 상기 기초액(a) 4~9중량부와 단열제로 탄산마그네슘을 1.6~5.2중량부를 첨가 혼합한 2차혼합액(c)인 것을 특징으로 하는 불연단열샌드위치판넬 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서, 별도의 혼합액은 2차혼합액(c)에 발수제로 포타슘메틸실리코네이트 3-9중량부를 더 부가 혼합한 3차혼합액(d) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 불연단열샌드위치판넬 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 1차혼합액(b)에 안정제로 산화철 0.03~0.07중량부를 부가 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 불연단열샌드위치판넬 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 의하여 제조한 불연단열샌드위치판넬.
- 제 2항에 의하여 제조한 불연단열샌드위치판넬.
- 제 3항에 의하여 제조한 불연단열샌드위치판넬.
