Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a connector device, and more particularly, to a connector device for preventing a terminal of a connector from being exposed to the outside to prevent terminal damage.
2. Description of the Related Art Generally, a vehicle includes various electric and electronic components to provide various convenience of a user, and is configured to supply electric power to respective parts by connecting the electric and electronic parts to a power source of the vehicle by wires.
On the other hand, when connecting wires to parts, connectors are used to facilitate wiring work. The connectors include a mail housing, which is connected to the wires and connected to the parts, respectively, and is connected to the mail housing, And a female housing (not shown).
When the mail housing and the mail housing thus configured are coupled to each other, terminals built in the mail housing and the mail housing are connected to each other, so that the electric power of the vehicle is applied to the electric parts.
However, conventionally, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, when the

The present invention relates to a connector device for solving the above-mentioned problems, and in particular, to prevent a terminal of a connector from being exposed to the outside, thereby preventing terminal damage.
The present invention provides a connector comprising: a connector housing in which a terminal is protruded; A mail connector movably inserted outside the connector housing and having a first through hole formed therein, the terminal connector being inserted through the protective cover; And a female connector in which a second through hole is formed to correspond to the terminal and into which the mail connector is inserted.
Preferably, the connector housing is provided with a sliding lever which is interlocked with the protective cover to move the protective cover in the forward and backward directions.
Preferably, a stopper is protruded from the sliding lever, and the stopper hole into which the stopper is inserted is formed in the protective cover so that the sliding lever and the protective cover are connected to each other.
The connector housing is formed with a locking protrusion so that one end of the sliding lever is caught by the locking protrusion so as to fix the sliding lever.
And a latching protrusion is formed on the inside of the female connector so that one end of the sliding lever caught by the latching jaw is moved upward to release the locking of the sliding lever.
A guide protrusion is formed on the outer side of the connector housing and a guide groove for inserting the guide protrusion is formed on the outer side of the protective cover to limit the movement distance of the protective cover.
A locking protrusion is formed on the outer side of the female connector, and a locking groove is formed in the sliding lever to fix the sliding lever.
The present invention as described above is an invention which is effective in reducing terminal failure by preventing the terminal of the connector from being damaged, thereby reducing the occurrence of component failure and cost, and reducing the possibility of foreign matter entering into the connector and increasing the commerciality.
