Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a control apparatus for bilge keel,

The present invention relates to a bilge keel, and more particularly to a bilge killer.

In general, ships and offshore structures are subject to rolling due to the external characteristics of the ship and offshore structures, both in and out of service.

When such rolling fluctuations are caused by the weather conditions or waves, various problems arise. For example, if the resonance occurs due to the similarity of the wave period and the transverse wave period to the side of a ship or an offshore structure, the transverse fluctuation of the ship and the offshore structure can be greatly overturned. In the case of LNG carriers and oil tankers, when sloshing is carried out on the storage tank and the liquid cargo loaded by the rolling motion, fatigue cracks accumulate in the storage tank, and the storage tank may be destroyed.

For this reason, bilge kills have been proposed to reduce the transverse sway of ships and offshore structures. In addition, in order to more effectively reduce the rolling motion of vessels and offshore structure, Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2010-0059142 proposes a foldable bilge kill of a ship whose length is adjusted, Korean Patent Laid- -0008331 proposed a rolling pin restraining device in which the projecting angle is adjusted, and Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2012-0081431 proposes a lift pin whose length and projecting angle are adjusted.

However, the folding bilge keel proposed in Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2010-0059142 and the rolling prevention device proposed in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2012-0008331 always protrude to the outside of the hull. Accordingly, when a ship having a folding bilge keel or a rocking restraining device of a ship or an offshore structure is navigated or stopped in the polar region, the folding bilge keel and the rocking restraining device of the ship may be damaged by ice.

The lift pin proposed in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2012-0081431 can be embedded in the hull but has a multi-stage telescopic structure. As a result, the rigidity of the lift pin is low.

Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2010-0059142 (the name of the invention: folding bilge kill, public date: June 04, 2010) Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2012-0008331 (entitled "Rolling shake suppression device, public date: January 30, 2012) Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2012-0081431 (title of invention: a lift pin and a ship having the lift pin, published on July 19, 2012)

It is an object of the present invention to provide a bilge killer control device capable of being buried in a hull and having high rigidity and controlling the length and the angle of protrusion of the bilge killer. .

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a bilge killer control device comprising: a bilge killer that is embedded in a bilge killer receptacle provided in a hull; A support table installed in the bilge keel; An upper link device that connects the upper portion of the support and the upper portion of the bilge keel; And a lower link device that connects the lower portion of the support and the lower portion of the bilge keel and is expandable and contractible.

The upper link unit includes an upper link hydraulic cylinder having one end rotatably coupled to the upper portion of the support, a lower link rotatably coupled to the upper portion of the bilge kill at one end, A lower link hydraulic cylinder having one end rotatably coupled to the lower portion of the support and a piston rotatably coupled to the lower portion of the bilge kill at one end and a lower link hydraulic cylinder having one end inserted into the lower link hydraulic cylinder, Lt; RTI ID = 0.0 > a < / RTI > lower link piston.

With the bilge kill control device according to the present invention as described above, the bilge killer can be embedded in the hull, has high rigidity, and the length and the angle of protrusion can be adjusted.
