Claims (6)
- 광원(10)과 검출 장치(20)를 구비한 자동차(1)용 센서 장치(2)이며,
상기 검출 장치는 광학 픽셀 어레이로 형성되고,
광원(10)과 검출 장치(20)는, 광펄스를 송출하기 위해 광원(10)을 구동하고 검출을 위해 검출 장치를 구동하며 검출 장치(20)의 검출된 신호를 분석하는 제어 및 분석 장치(30)에 연결되며,
제어 및 분석 장치(30), 검출 장치(20), 및 광원(10)이 "ToF(Time of Flight)" 카메라로서 상호 작용함으로써, 공간 거리 데이터가 검출되는, 자동차용 센서 장치에 있어서,
제어 및 분석 장치(30)는 검출 장치(20)의 상이한 픽셀 그룹을 위한 복수의 구동 스키마를 가지며,
이때, 제1 구동 스키마(휴지 모드)는 제1 픽셀 그룹으로서의 픽셀 부분량을 구동하여 분석하고,
제2 구동 스키마(능동 스키마)는 제2 픽셀 그룹으로서의 더 많은 양의 픽셀들을 구동하여 분석하며,
상기 제어 및 분석 장치는 제1 구동 스키마에 따른 분석 결과를 토대로 제2 구동 스키마에 따른 구동으로 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차용 센서 장치(2). - 제1항에 있어서, 제2 픽셀 그룹이 제1 픽셀 그룹을 포함하는, 자동차용 센서 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 광학 픽셀 어레이는 하나의 평면 내에서 연장되고, 이때 제1 픽셀 그룹은 상기 어레이의 외측 픽셀들로 형성되는, 자동차용 센서 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 광학 픽셀 어레이는 하나의 평면 내에서 연장되고, 이때 선택적으로 제어 및 분석 장치에 의해 구동될 수 있는 복수의 제1 픽셀 그룹들이 구동될 수 있음으로써, 제1 구동 스키마에 따라 변동하는, 검출 장치의 픽셀들의 부분량이 활성화되는, 자동차용 센서 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 구동 스키마에 따라 구동이 제1 검출 주파수(f1)로 반복 실시되고, 제2 구동 스키마에 따라서는 상기 구동이 더 높은 제2 검출 주파수(f2)로 반복 실시되는, 자동차용 센서 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 구동 스키마에 따른 구동 시 제어 및 분석 장치는 검출 장치의 데이터를 분석하기 위해 관련된 제1 분석 스키마를 이용하고, 제2 구동 스키마에 따른 구동 시에는 제어 및 분석 장치가 검출 장치의 데이터를 분석하기 위해 관련된 제2 분석 스키마를 이용하는, 자동차용 센서 장치.
