Abstract
Description
도 1은 성형된 부품을 이형시키기 위해 필요한 토출 압력을 측정하기 위해 사용되는 컵 도구를 나타낸다.
도 2는 폴리카보네이트-실록산 코폴리머의 다양한 첨가량 및 사이클 타임이 토출 압력에 미치는 효과에 대한 대표 데이터를 나타낸다. PC-S1 및 PC-S2는 표 1에 기재된 것과 같다.
도 3은 대표적인 개시된 열가소성 조성물에 대한 대표적인 토출 압력 데이터를 나타낸다. 상기 알킬 설포네이트염은 AS1이고, 이는 표 1에 기재되어 있으며; 실시예 2 및 실시예 3은 도 2에 상세히 기술된 배합물들을 나타낸다.

Claims (61)
- 하기 성분들을 포함하는 개선된 몰드 이형성을 갖는 열가소성 조성물:
a) 약 10중량% 내지 약 70중량%의 제1 폴리카보네이트 성분;
b) 약 10중량% 내지 약 70중량%의 제2 폴리카보네이트 성분;
c) 약 2중량% 내지 약 10중량%의 충격 개질제 성분;
d) 약 5중량% 내지 약 30중량%의 미네랄 필러 성분;
e) 약 0중량% 내지 약 25중량%의 폴리카보네이트-폴리실록산 코폴리머 성분; 및
f) 약 0.1중량% 내지 약 4.0중량%의 알킬 설포네이트염 성분;
여기서 상기 제1 폴리카보네이트 성분 및 상기 제2 폴리카보네이트 성분의 결합된 중량 백분율 값은 10중량% 초과 내지 약 70중량%이고;
여기서 모든 성분들의 결합된 중량 백분율 값은 약 100중량%를 초과하지 않으며;
여기서 모든 중량 백분율 값은 상기 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 한 것이며;
여기서 상기 열가소성 조성물의 성형 샘플은, 상기 폴리카보네이트-폴리실록산 코폴리머 성분 및 상기 알킬 설포네이트염이 없이, 실질적으로 동일한 비율의 동일한 폴리카보네이트 폴리머 성분, 동일한 미네랄 필러, 및 동일한 충격 개질제 성분으로 본질적으로 이루어진 기준 조성물에 비해 낮은 몰드 토출 압력을 나타낸다. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 폴리카보네이트 성분 및 상기 제2 폴리카보네이트 성분의 결합된 중량 백분율 값은 약 10 중량% 내지 약 60 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.

- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 폴리카보네이트 폴리머 성분은 고유동 폴리카보네이트인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 폴리카보네이트 폴리머 성분은, ASTM D1238에 따라 300 ℃ 및 1.2 kg의 하중하에서 측정될 때, 약 20 그램/10 분 내지 약 30 그램/10 분의 용융 부피 유량 (MFR)을 갖는 조성물.
