Claims (16)
- 화학식은 MmAaSixNyOz:dR이고, 그 중, 상기 M 원소는 Ca, Sr, Ba 중의 하나 혹은 하나 이상의 원소이고, 상기 A 원소는 Al 혹은 Al과 Ga, La, Sc, Y 중의 하나 혹은 하나 이상의 원소의 혼합이며 상기 R 원소는 Ce, Eu, Mn 중의 하나 혹은 하나 이상의 원소이며, 상기 화학식이 0.8≤m≤1.2, 1<a<1.7, 1<x<1.7, 3<y<4.2, 0<z<0.7, 0.001≤d≤0.2를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 등색-적색 형광물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 형광물질의 화학식에 있어서 a:x=0.8~1.2인 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 등색-적색 형광물질.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 형광물질의 화학식에 있어서 a/(m+d)>1인 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 등색-적색 형광물질.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서,
상기 질소산화물 등색-적색 형광물질의 주요 생성상은 Cukα선의 분말 X방사선회절도감에 있어서 최소한 프라하 각도(2θ)는 31.3°~32.7°, 35.2°~36.2°, 36.2°~36.7°, 36.7°~37.6°의 범위 내에서 회절 피크가 있고, 그 중 36.7°~37.6° 범위 내에서의 회절 피크 강도는 36.2°~36.7° 범위 내에서의 회절 피크 강도의 18% 이상이고 형광 분말의 발광 스펙트럼의 피크 반값 폭은 82nm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 등색-적색 형광물질.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 질소산화물 등색-적색 형광물질의 주요 생성상은 Cukα선의 분말 X방사선회절도감에 있어서, 최소한 프라하 각도(2θ)는 31.3°~31.8°, 31.8°~32.7°, 35.2°~36.2°, 36.2°~36.7°, 36.7°~37.6°, 48.0°~49.5°, 56.0°~57.2°의 범위 내에서 회절 피크가 존재하고 형광 분말의 발광 스펙트럼의 피크 반값 폭이 95nm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 등색-적색 형광물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 M 원소는 Ca 및/혹은 Sr이고, A 원소는 Al 혹은 Al과 Ga 및/혹은 Y의 혼합물이고, R 원소는 Eu와 Mn 중의 하나 혹은 두 개 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 등색-적색 형광물질.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 A 원소가 Al인 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 등색-적색 형광물질.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 R 원소가 Eu인 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 등색-적색 형광물질.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 M 원소가 Ca인 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 등색-적색 형광물질.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서,
상기 형광물질이 분말형, 박막형 혹은 시트형인 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 등색-적색 형광물질.
- 제1항 혹은 제2항에 기재한 질소산화물 등색-적색 형광물질을 유리 재료, 플라스틱 재료 혹은 수지 재료에 분산시켜 형성되거나, 혹은 제1항 내지 제10항 중 임의의 한 항에 기재한 질소산화물 등색-적색 형광물질과 기타 형광물질을 공동으로 유리 재료, 플라스틱 재료 혹은 수지 재료에 분산시키거나 혹은 유리 재료, 플라스틱 재료 혹은 수지 재료에 도포하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광막 혹은 발광시트.
- 제11항에 있어서,

- 최소한 복사원과 제1항 혹은 제2항에 기재한 질소산화물 등색-적색 형광물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 복사원이 자외, 자색광 혹은 청색광 방출원인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자.
- 제13항 혹은 제14항에 있어서,
상기 복사원에 의하여 활성화되어 발광하는 기타 형광물질을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자.
- 제15항에 있어서,
