Claims (7)
- 현상 디바이스이며,
토너를 현상 영역으로 반송하는 현상 롤러와, 상기 현상 롤러의 표면과 접촉하고 있는 토너 규제 부재를 구비한 현상 챔버와;
상기 토너를 수용하는 토너 용기를 포함하고,
상기 현상 챔버와 상기 토너 용기가 서로 소통할 수 있도록 하는 개구부가, 상기 토너 용기 내의 토너가 상기 현상 챔버 속으로 유입되지 않도록 하는 밀봉 부재에 의해 폐쇄되며, 상기 밀봉 부재는 상기 개구부로부터 제거가능하고,
적어도 상기 현상 롤러와 상기 토너 규제 부재 사이의 접촉 부분에 구형 수지 입자가 제공되며,
상기 구형 수지 입자의 마르텐스 경도는 0.5N/㎟ 이상 45N/㎟ 이하이고,
상기 구형 수지 입자의 복원 탄성력이 70% 이상인, 현상 디바이스. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구형 수지 입자의 기재는 우레탄 수지인, 현상 디바이스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구형 수지 입자의 평균 원형도는 0.96 이상인, 현상 디바이스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구형 수지 입자의 중량 평균 입자 크기는 1㎛ 이상 50㎛ 이하인, 현상 디바이스.
- 전자 사진 장치의 본체에 대해 착탈가능한 프로세스 카트리지이며,
정전 잠상을 담지하는 상 담지 부재와,
상기 정전 잠상을 토너로 현상하여 토너 상을 형성하는 현상 디바이스를 포함하고,
상기 현상 디바이스는 제1항에 따른 현상 디바이스인, 프로세스 카트리지. - 전자 사진 장치이며,
정전 잠상을 담지하는 상 담지 부재와,
상기 상 담지 부재에 대해 일차 대전을 실시하는 대전 디바이스와,
일차 대전된 상기 상 담지 부재에 정전 잠상을 형성하는 노광 장치와,
상기 정전 잠상을 토너로 현상하여 토너 상을 형성하는 현상 디바이스와,
상기 토너 상을 전사재에 전사하는 전사 디바이스를 포함하고,
상기 현상 디바이스는 제1항에 따른 현상 디바이스인, 전자 사진 장치. - 현상 디바이스이며,
토너를 현상 영역으로 반송하는 현상 롤러와, 상기 현상 롤러의 표면과 접촉하는 토너 규제 부재를 구비한 현상 챔버와;
상기 토너를 수용하는 토너 용기를 포함하고,
적어도 상기 현상 롤러와 상기 토너 규제 부재 사이의 접촉 부분에 구형 수지 입자가 제공되며,
상기 구형 수지 입자의 마르텐스 경도는 0.5N/㎟ 이상 45N/㎟ 이하이고,
상기 구형 수지 입자의 복원 탄성력이 70% 이상인, 현상 디바이스.
