Claims (7)
- 파우치;
상기 파우치의 내부에 수용되어 밀폐되는 전극체;
상기 파우치의 내부에 구비되며, 상기 전극체의 일측 또는 양측에 구비되어 전극체를 지지하는 제1부재; 및
상기 파우치의 내부에 상기 제1부재와 나란하게 구비되며, 상기 제1부재와 파우치 사이에 구비되어 온도가 상승함에 따라 파우치 쪽으로 볼록하게 변형되는 제2부재; 를 포함하는 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2부재는 적어도 일측이 제1부재에 결합되어 고정되는 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2부재는 상온 기준으로 온도가 상승함에 따라 변형되는 정도가 커지는 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2부재는 파우치 내부에 가스가 발생하기 전에 변형되기 시작하는 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2부재는 단면이 호 형태로 변형되는 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2부재는 온도가 상승하더라도 일부분이 변형되지 않고, 변형되지 않은 부분은 상기 제1부재와 나란하게 유지되는 이차 전지.
- 나란하게 다수개가 적층 배열되어 전기적으로 연결되는 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 이차 전지;
상기 다수개의 이차 전지가 내부에 수용되는 케이스; 및
상기 케이스에 형성되며, 최 외측에 배치되는 이차 전지의 전극탭에 연결되는 전극단자; 를 포함하며,
상기 이차 전지들의 제2부재는 변형된 후 원래의 형태로 회복되지 않고 변형된 상태로 유지되어, 온도 상승에 의한 상기 이차 전지들의 팽창 시, 상기 전극단자와 최 외측 이차 전지의 전극탭이 단락되어 다시 연결되지 않는 이차 전지 팩.
