1, the patch for skin therapy according to the first embodiment of the present invention is composed of a band layer 50, a drug layer 20, an adhesive layer 30, and a release layer 40.

Hereinafter, all the embodiments of the present invention are characterized in that they have the same components and are stacked in different shapes.

The band layer 50 serves to deliver the drug only in the skin direction, protects the interior (adhesive layer, drug layer) from physical and chemical contact, or helps maintain the shape of the product.

Accordingly, the band layer 10 is formed of a cloth or a film and has a circular shape having a diameter of 0.5 mm to 20 mm.

Examples of materials that can be used to exhibit such characteristics include polyvinyl acetate, ethylcellulose, polymethyl methacrylate, methacryloyl ethyl betaine / methacylate copolymer (Yukaformer; Mitsubishi, methacrylic acid copolymers (Eudragit L 100, Eudragit L 125, Eudragit L 100-55, Eudragit L 30D-55), aminoalkyl methacrylate copolymers (Eudragit E 100, Eudragit E 125, Eudragit RL 100, Eudragit RL 30D), cellulose acetate phthalate, polyvinyl pyrrolidone / vinyl acetate copolymer, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl Cellulose, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, Polymers such as hydroxypropylethyl cellulose, polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene, polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride, metal foils such as silicone matrix, urethane matrix, rubber, aluminum foil and polymer-metal composition logos, nonwoven fabrics And the like, and they can be used alone or as a mixture.

The adhesive layer 30 may be made of a pressure sensitive adhesive to easily adhere to the skin. Examples of usable adhesives include silicones such as polydimethylsiloxane, acrylic adhesives such as polyacrylate, and polyisobutylene adhesives.

In this case, the adhesive layer 30 is coated with a predetermined width along the rim of the band layer 50 as shown in the figure.

The release layer 40 is removed before adhering to the skin. They are made of a material that is easily peeled off from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer adjacent to the layer. The release liner layer can be made using a drug-impermeable polymer such as polyester coated with a material such as silicone, or fluorocarbon-containing hydrocarbons. It can also be attached directly to the blister of the packaging.

The peeling layer 40 preferably has an area of more than the band layer 50 so as to be in contact with the adhesive layer 30 and the drug layer 20 to be described later.

The drug layer 20 is composed of a light source 21, a ball cash powder 22, and a liquid silicone 23 component.

At this time, the drug layer 20 is composed of 3 to 7% of ilite, 30 to 40% of ballcash powder and 50 to 70% of liquid silicone, most preferably 5% of sunlight, 35% of ballcash powder, , And liquid silicon 60%.

The drug layer 20 is coated with mucilaginous liquid silicone mixed with a ballcash powder and an ilite powder to a uniform thickness.

The ball-cached powder of the ball-caked powder is a type of volcanic clinker that is sprayed in a solid state when the volcano explodes, and thus has a warm property and emits far-infrared rays even when heat is not applied.

The above-mentioned ilite has excellent adsorption, deodorization and decomposition ability against heavy metals and toxic gases, high far-infrared radiation ability at room temperature, antimicrobial and antiviral ability, and promotes growth.

The daily light components are effective for removing dioxins and excess sebum in the pores, SiO2 (silicon oxide), Al2O3 (Illumina) for accelerating blood circulation, Fe2O3 (iron oxide) for collagen binding action, (Na2O) to regulate moisture, Na2O (sodium oxide) to promote the excretion of waste products, MgO (magnesium oxide) to perform collagen binding action, TiO2 (titanium dioxide), MnO Manganese), K2O (potassium oxide), and the like.

Therefore, the i-light adsorbs suspended solids in the body and forms anions. Therefore, it flocculates and precipitates due to electrical neutralization with floating fine particles of the positive ions, thereby purifying the body, and has excellent adsorption and decomposition ability for a specific radiation material , And remove heavy metals to adsorb and decompose heavy metals and toxic substances in the skin.

It also activates cells and activates bacteria and viruses, bacterium and mold, and increases immunity.

Therefore, Illight absorbs far-infrared rays, absorbs deeply into the body, strengthens peripheral capillary movement, promotes blood circulation, activates cell movement, prevents hypertension, hemorrhoids, chronic fatigue, and adult diseases, When the orbital movement starts, the energy in the molecule is generated and most of it is energized, and some of it becomes the activation energy, thereby activating the molecules, thereby facilitating the discharge of waste products, promoting metabolism, and preventing arteriosclerosis.

In addition, it is known that the therapeutic effect on skin allergy is proved through scientific papers, and the improvement reaction to atopy is widely known through various experience cases. In the oriental medical school, it is used not only as a treatment for atopic dermatitis disease but also a far infrared ray The pain is relieved.

At this time, the far-infrared ray is a kind of sun light, which reacts with any form of light such as reflection, penetration and absorption when it touches the material. If far infrared ray touches our body, the radiant heat and penetration power of far- It is active and promotes blood circulation smoothly. Peripheral capillary vessels are weak and easily visible blood vessels, so they are easily prone to problems in circulation.

Thus, the drug layer 20 has at least 89.5% far-infrared rays, and adheres to the nerves or lymph or muscle to be pressed, so that the short and thickened muscles are relaxed and normalized so that nerves and lymph are also relaxed naturally, As the blood circulates in the body smoothly, it becomes smooth.

Therefore, by attaching the patch for skin therapy of the present invention to the adhesion site or the place where the nerve passes, it relaxes the clogged places to help circulation and radiates far infrared ray and anion, thereby absorbing bad waste in our body, And the skin becomes elastic and becomes clear.

In the first embodiment of the present invention, the drug layer 20 is laminated on the lower surface of the band layer 50. The band layer 50 has the edge of the adhesive layer 30 laminated, And the adhesive layer 30 are formed to have the same thickness in the same layer so that the drug layer 20 directly contacts the skin.

2, in the second embodiment of the present invention, the adhesive layer 70 is entirely laminated on the lower surface of the band layer 80, and the drug layer 60 is laminated on the lower surface of the adhesive layer 70 So that the peeling layer 40 is adhered to the lower surface of the adhesive layer 70 and the exposed surface of the drug layer 60.

3, in the third embodiment of the present invention, the drug layer 61 is entirely stacked on the lower surface of the band layer 81, and the adhesive layer 71 is formed on the lower surface of the drug layer 61 as a whole And the far infrared rays, which are the effective components of the drug layer 61 through the adhesive layer 71, are transferred to the skin.

FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating an example of applying a patch for a skin therapy patch according to an embodiment of the present invention to an edema type face.

As shown in the figure, the facial nerve edema type was found in the temporal muscle 1, the first trigeminal nerve 2, the second trigeminal nerve 3, the sympathetic nerve 4, the lymph 5, A patch for skin therapy of the skin is attached.

As shown in Fig. 5, the temporal muscle (indicated by a red dot) is a scallop shape covering the sides of the ear from the head, which constitutes the mandible joint. On the upper side, it attaches to the anterior margin to the mandible and the proximal mandible of the mandible to the lower side of the fascia and bones with the temporal head of the jawbone. The temporalis muscle is the largest muscle among the masticatory muscles dominated by the facial nerves, the anterior and posterior temporal nerves, and the patches past the nerves pass through the muscles and help to relax the face.

As shown in FIG. 6, the first trigeminal nerve (eye nerve, eye nerve) is a fifth cranial nerve of the twelve cranial nerves, and three branches are largely responsible for the facial senses, and some branches are involved in the movement of the chewing muscles. The trigeminal ganglion is distributed over the neck from the upper part of the brain through the trigeminal ganglion and divided into three branches, eye nerves, upper nerves and lower jaw nerves. It solves edema of the under eye and makes facial skin and muscles beautiful. It also functions to eliminate it.

In addition, the second trigeminal nerve, the second trigeminal nerve, passes through the circular hole in the middle head bone cavity and into the concave of the wing palate, through the concave to the nerves under the eyes. This stimulates the skin to increase the elasticity of the outline of the eye and clear the blood color of the face helps to shorten the face. The maxillary nerve passes through a circular hole in the mid-head bone ostium, into the wing palate cavity and through this concave through the cadaver to the nerves under the eyes. This stimulates the skin to increase the elasticity of the outline of the eye and clear the blood color of the face helps to shorten the face.

In Fig. 8, the cochlea is stopped at the old limb root by the maxilla and mandible. This muscle starts from two upper and lower jaws and attaches to both lips, pulling up the lower jaw and pushing it to the upper jaw. You can remove the wind, lighten the symptoms, treat the eyes and mouth, and use the patch to tighten the muscles and skin and remove the lower jaw.

The lymph in FIG. 9 is called lymphocyte, which plays a role of catching bacteria and toxin waste accumulated in the blood vessels but is not discharged to the blood vessels. The lymphatic channel is called the path through which the lymph fluid flowing through these cells is called, and the lymph node is called the lymph node.

When patches are used here, parasympathetic nerve activates the activity to strengthen the immune function and alleviate edema, thereby stabilizing the brain, inducing a comfortable sleep, helping to release toxins, cleansing the skin, and effective for skin regeneration.

The facial nerve of FIG. 10 plays a role as a motor nerve, which is responsible for the movement of the facial muscles, and plays a part as a sensory nerve, most of which is the seventh brain nerve among twelve cranial nerves. If you use the patch here, it will help you to shrink your face and smooth the symptoms such as feeling dryness without tears.

FIG. 11 is a diagram illustrating an example of applying a patch for a skin therapy patch according to an embodiment of the present invention to a face having a clown face and a large size.

As shown in the figure, the shape of the clown and the bigger eyeballs are composed of the second trigeminal nerve (3), the narrow muscle (4), the lymph (5), the masseter (7), the influence (8) , The patch for skin therapy of the present invention is attached to the facial nerve 17.

The muscle of FIG. 12 is a muscle used for chewing food, generally called a masticatory muscle, and controls the masticatory function together with the temporal muscle. It is very strong compared to the size of the muscle. It is dominated by the trigeminal nerve 5 and relieves toothache. It improves the dark circles facial edema and passes through the trigeminal nerve. Therefore, facial neuralgia trigeminal neuralgia is excellent for treatment of rhinitis, You can see the effect of maintaining the gloss. Apply patches here to help prevent eye wrinkles and wrinkles.

The effect of Fig. 13 can be said to be hemorrhoids treating nose diseases, eliminating swelling of the lips, and effective for nasal congestion, rhinitis, and eye fatigue. This patch can be used to improve the sagging under the eyes, and it can be seen that the wrinkles on the left and right sides of the mouth are alleviated, eliminating facial edema, and also good for facial neuralgia and cold.

The biceps of Fig. 14 lifts the hyoid bone and helps to open the temporomandibular joint when the hyoid bone is stabilized. The abdomen is dominated by the lower abdomen and the abdomen is dominated by the facial nerve. When patches are applied to Lee Jok Geun, the temporal bone dysfunction can also cause problems, activate the skull, smooth the function of the thoracic inlet, and release the muscles or lymphs holding the face, which can be seen entering the clown.

15 is a portion between the skull of the vertebrae and the spine (thoracic vertebra), which forms the neck of the bone, and is made up of seven bones.

Between the cervical spine there is a cartilage called intervertebral disk that can bend or stretch the neck, where the sympathetic plexus passes. The glandular muscle in it is connected to the pelvis, so our organs relax and we feel that the neck is lengthened and the chest becomes easier.

FIG. 16 is an example of application to a square jaw face of a patch for skin therapy according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG.

As shown in FIG. 16, the quadrangular jaw is composed of the temporalis muscle 1, the second trigeminal nerve 3, the canthus 4, the lymph 5, the biceps muscle 9, , The patch for skin therapy of the present invention is attached to the facial nerve 17.

The trigeminal nerve (lower nerve) of FIG. 17 is divided into the motor nerve and the sensory nerve branch after exiting the two bottom through the elliptical hole of the sphenoid bone. Motoneurons are distributed in the masticatory muscles. The sensory nerve branch, the mandibular nerve, passes through the mandibular hole of the mandible and exits the jaw hole and is distributed in the face around the jaw. This way, you can feel the jaw line changing smoothly and lifting when using the patch in the mandibular hole.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is clearly understood that the same is by way of illustration and example only and is not to be taken by way of illustration, It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
