Abstract
본 발명은 또한 파낙스속 식물 추출물을 류신 및 글루타민으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 아미노산과 함께 100 ~ 130℃에서 0.5 ~ 12 시간 마이얄형 갈색화 반응시켜 얻어진 가공 파낙스속 식물 추출물; 그 제조방법; 및 그 추출물을 포함하는 항암용 조성물 제공한다.
Description
도 2는 열처리 가공에 의해 진세노사이드인 Rb1과 Rb2의 화합물의 화학구조가 변화하는 과정을 나타낸 반응식이다.
도 3은 원료 백삼의 진세노사이드 성분을 분석한 HPLC 크로마토그램이다.
도 4는 인삼 추출물을 아미노산을 가하지 않고 단순히 120℃에서 3시간동안 열처리 가공한 가공 인삼 추출물 중의 진세노사이드 성분을 분석한 HPLC 크로마토그램이다.
도 5는 인삼 추출물을 류신과 함께 가열처리한 가공 인삼 추출물 중의 진세노사이드 성분을 분석한 HPLC 크로마토그램이다.

Claims (12)
- 파낙스속 식물 추출물을 발린, 아르기닌, 및 알라닌으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 아미노산과 함께 100 ~ 130℃에서 0.5 ~ 12 시간 마이얄형 갈색화 반응시켜 얻어진 진세노사이드 20(S)-Rg3의 진세노사이드 20(R)-Rg3에 대한 비율이 2 이상인 가공 파낙스속 식물 추출물을 포함하는 신경보호, 혈소판 응집억제, 항산화, 항염증, 신장보호, 또는 항피로용 약학 조성물.
- 파낙스속 식물 추출물을 발린, 아르기닌, 및 알라닌으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 아미노산과 함께 100 ~ 130℃에서 0.5 ~ 12 시간 마이얄형 갈색화 반응시켜 얻어진 진세노사이드 20(S)-Rg3의 진세노사이드 20(R)-Rg3에 대한 비율이 2 이상인 가공 파낙스속 식물 추출물을 포함하는 신경보호, 혈소판 응집억제, 항산화, 항염증, 신장보호, 또는 항피로용 건강기능식품용 조성물.

- 파낙스속 식물 추출물을 류신 및 글루타민으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 아미노산과 함께 100 ~ 130℃에서 0.5 ~ 12 시간 마이얄형 갈색화 반응시켜 얻어진 진세노사이드 20(R)-Rg3의 진세노사이드 20(S)-Rg3에 대한 비율이 2 이상인 가공 파낙스속 식물 추출물을 포함하는 항암 또는 항피로용 건강기능식품용 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 파낙스속 식물은 고려인삼(Panax ginseng), 화기삼(Panax quinquefolia), 전칠삼(Panax notoginseng), 죽절삼(Panax japonica), 삼엽삼(Panax trifolia), 히말라야삼(Panax pseudoginseng), 베트남삼(Panax vietnamensis), 또는 이들의 조합인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 파낙스속 식물 추출물은 파낙스속 식물의 물, C1-C4 알콜, 또는 이들의 혼합물의 조추출물; 그 조추출물의 n-헥산, 메틸렌클로라이드, 에틸아세테이트, 부탄올 또는 이들의 혼합물의 용매 분획물; 또는 그 용매 분획물의 정제물인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 산제, 과립제, 정제, 캡슐제, 현탁액, 유제, 시럽제, 액제, 에어로졸, 엑스제, 주사제, 경피 투여제, 또는 좌제의 형태인 것인 조성물.
- 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 산제, 과립제, 정제, 캡슐제, 현탁액, 유제, 시럽제, 액제, 에어로졸, 엑스제, 차, 젤리, 또는 음료의 형태인 것인 조성물.
- 파낙스속 식물 추출물을 발린, 아르기닌, 및 알라닌으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 아미노산과 함께 100 ~ 130℃에서 0.5 ~ 12 시간 마이얄형 갈색화 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 진세노사이드 20(S)-Rg3의 진세노사이드 20(R)-Rg3에 대한 비율이 2 이상인 가공 파낙스속 식물 추출물을 제조하는 방법.
