Abstract
본 발명에 따른 열연강판 제조 방법은 중량%로, 탄소(C) : 0.03 ~ 0.06%, 실리콘(Si) : 0.1 ~ 0.2%, 망간(Mn) : 1.1 ~ 1.4%, 인(P) : 0.01% 이하, 황(S) : 0.001% 이하, 알루미늄(Al) : 0.02 ~ 0.05%, 바나듐(V) : 0.04~0.1%, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.08 ~ 0.1%, 티타늄(Ti) : 0.01 ~ 0.03%, 몰리브덴(Mo) : 0.1 ~ 0.2%, 크롬(Cr) : 0.1 ~ 0.3%, 구리(Cu) : 0.2 ~ 0.35%, 니켈(Ni) : 0.1 ~ 0.3%, 칼슘(Ca) : 0.001 ~ 0.004%, 질소(N) : 0.006% 이하 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 슬라브 판재를 슬라브 재가열 온도(SRT) 1150 ~ 1250℃ 조건으로 재가열하는 단계; 상기 재가열된 판재를 마무리압연온도(FDT) 750 ~ 850℃ 조건으로 열간압연하는 단계; 및 상기 열간압연된 판재를 권취온도(CT) 550 ~ 620℃로 냉각하여 권취하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

- 중량%로, 탄소(C) : 0.03 ~ 0.06%, 실리콘(Si) : 0.1 ~ 0.2%, 망간(Mn) : 1.1 ~ 1.4%, 인(P) : 0.01% 이하, 황(S) : 0.001% 이하, 알루미늄(Al) : 0.02 ~ 0.05%, 바나듐(V) : 0.04~0.1%, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.08 ~ 0.1%, 티타늄(Ti) : 0.01 ~ 0.03%, 몰리브덴(Mo) : 0.1 ~ 0.2%, 크롬(Cr) : 0.1 ~ 0.3%, 구리(Cu) : 0.2 ~ 0.35%, 니켈(Ni) : 0.1 ~ 0.3%, 칼슘(Ca) : 0.001 ~ 0.004%, 질소(N) : 0.006% 이하 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 슬라브 판재를 슬라브 재가열 온도(SRT) 1150 ~ 1250℃ 조건으로 재가열하는 단계;

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 냉각은
5 ~ 100℃/sec의 냉각 속도로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열연강판 제조 방법.
- 중량%로, 탄소(C) : 0.03 ~ 0.06%, 실리콘(Si) : 0.1 ~ 0.2%, 망간(Mn) : 1.1 ~ 1.4%, 인(P) : 0.01% 이하, 황(S) : 0.001% 이하, 알루미늄(Al) : 0.02 ~ 0.05%, 바나듐(V) : 0.04~0.1%, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.08 ~ 0.1%, 티타늄(Ti) : 0.01 ~ 0.03%, 몰리브덴(Mo) : 0.1 ~ 0.2%, 크롬(Cr) : 0.1 ~ 0.3%, 구리(Cu) : 0.2 ~ 0.35%, 니켈(Ni) : 0.1 ~ 0.3%, 칼슘(Ca) : 0.001 ~ 0.004%, 질소(N) : 0.006% 이하 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지며,
CLR(Crack Length Ratio) : 10% 이하, CTR(Crack Thickness Ratio) : 4% 이하 및 CSR(Crack Sensitivity Ratio) : 2% 이하를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열연강판.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 열연강판은
인장강도(TS) : 600MPa 이상 및 항복강도(YS) : 555MPa를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열연강판.
