Abstract
본 발명에 따르면 천연소재의 무늬를 그대로 가진 차량용 내장재를 만들 수 있으며, 내장재의 표면에 투명 클리어(clear)나 투명 원재료 처리를 하여 홀로그램 효과가 나는 무늬를 형성할 수 있어서 내장재의 미감이 향상되는 효과가 있다.

Claims (6)
- 천연소재의 무늬가 표현되는 차량용 내장재를 제조하는 방법으로서,
천연소재로 된 종이를 액체 수지가 저장된 저장조 속을 통과하도록 하면서 상기 액체 수지가 상기 천연소재로 된 종이 내부로 스며들도록 하여 천연소재층(102)을 제작하는 제1단계와;
상기 천연소재층(102)의 밑면에 금속박막(104)을 접착하는 제2단계와;
금속박막(104)이 접착된 상기 천연소재층(102)을 성형프레스에서 가열하면서 압착하여 3차원 형태를 형성하는 제3단계와;
캐비티의 내부 표면에 음각 또는 양각으로 문양이 표현된 금형(200)의 내부에 상기 3차원 형태의 천연소재층(102)을 투입한 상태에서 상기 금속박막(104)의 밑면에 수지를 사출하여 수지층(106)을 형성하는 제4단계와;
상기 수지층(106)의 표면에 폴리우레탄 수지를 스프레이 방식으로 도포하여 투명 코팅층(108)을 형성하는 제5단계;를 포함하는, 금속박막이 부착된 차량용 천연소재 내장재 및 그 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 천연소재는 닥섬유 또는 목재이며, 상기 천연소재층(102)은 1.0㎜ 내지 2.0㎜의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속박막이 부착된 차량용 천연소재 내장재 및 그 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 액체 수지는 아크릴 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속박막이 부착된 차량용 천연소재 내장재 및 그 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속박막(104)은 알루미늄 호일인 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속박막이 부착된 차량용 천연소재 내장재 및 그 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 천연소재층(102)의 가장자리는 상기 수지층(106)과 상기 투명 코팅층(108)에 의해 매립된 상태로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속박막이 부착된 차량용 천연소재 내장재 및 그 제조방법. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법으로 제조된, 금속박막이 부착된 차량용 천연소재 내장재.
