Claims (10)
- ASTM 4020에 의해 측정시 3,000,000 내지 4,000,000 g/몰의 분자량 및 0.10 내지 0.20 g/cm3의 벌크 밀도를 갖는 폴리에틸렌 분말.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
ASTM 4020에 의해 측정시 3,100,000 내지 3,700,000 g/몰의 분자량을 갖는, 분말. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
0.15 내지 0.20 g/cm3의 벌크 밀도를 갖는, 분말. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
60 내지 200 μm의 평균 입자 크기(D50)를 갖는, 분말. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리에틸렌 분말을 소결시킴으로써 제조되고, 70% 초과의 공극률 및 90 MPa 이상의 탄성 계수를 갖는 다공성 제품.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
75% 초과의 공극률을 갖는, 다공성 제품. - 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,
100 MPa 이상의 탄성 계수를 갖는, 다공성 제품. - 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
10 mbar 미만의 압력 강하를 갖는, 다공성 제품. - 제 5 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
50 내지 75 μm의 평균 공극 크기를 갖는, 다공성 제품. - 제 5 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 소결이 140 내지 300 ℃의 온도에서 25 내지 100 분의 시간 동안 수행되는, 다공성 제품.
