A light emitting diode (LED) warning sign is installed on a pillar on icy roads and mountain paths which have no electricity by using sunlight in order to prevent accidents caused by insufficient signs. The LED warning sign senses the external temperature and performs temperature setting by controlling the temperature. A circuit of the LED warning sign is installed so that, for example, a message <=front icy road caution> is turned on the LED warning sign when the temperature falls down below zero. The LED warning sign can display a warning according to the temperature (it can be excellent in accident prevention.).
