Claims (10)
- 사출 성형 도구용 금형 부품의 제조 방법이며, 금형 부품은 소결 금속으로 구성되고 사출 성형 도구의 금형 캐비티를 향하도록 구성된 금형 표면 및 상기 사출 성형 도구에서 금형 캐비티의 반대편을 향하는 제2 표면을 포함하는 외부 금형을 갖고, 상기 금형 부품은 그 금형 부품의 제2 표면에 구성된 적어도 두개의 개구를 갖는 적어도 하나의 냉각 채널을 더 포함하는 사출 성형 도구용 금형 부품의 제조 방법으로서,
a. 소결 금속의 수개의 층의 연속적인 소결에 의해 상기 금형 부품을 구성하여 상기 금형 부품의 냉각 채널 및 외부 금형이 완전히 또는 부분적으로 형성되게 하는 단계;
b. 상기 금형 부품의 금형 표면으로부터 냉각 채널까지 연장되는 대략 직선형 채널의 형성 단계; 및
c. 상기 대략적인 직선형 채널에 핀의 장착 단계로서, 상기 핀은 소결 금속의 열전도 계수보다 큰 열전도 계수를 갖는 재료로 구성되어 상기 핀이 대략적인 직선형 채널을 폐쇄하고 상기 핀의 일단의 적어도 일부가 냉각 통로의 근처로 또는 상기 냉각 통로로 연장되게 하는, 핀의 장착 단계
를 포함하는 사출 성형 도구용 금형 부품의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대략적인 직선형 통로는 금형 부품의 보링과 같은 기계가공 공정에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 채널 및 금형 부품 외부가 형성된 것과 같은 소결 공정에서 상기 대략적인 직선형 통로가 완전히 또는 부분적으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 소결 공정에서 형성된 상기 대략적인 직선형 채널은 보링에 의해서와 같은 기계가공 공정에 의해 더 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 대략적인 직선형 채널에서 핀의 장착 후에, 상기 금형 부품의 금형 표면에 상기 대략적인 직선형 채널의 개구에 걸쳐 소결 금속의 리드가 형성되어 상기 대략적인 직선형 채널이 금형 부품에서 완전히 밀폐되는 방식으로 상기 금형 부품에는 소결 금속의 수개의 층의 연속적인 소결에 의해 소결 금속이 추가적으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 핀은 구리나 알루미늄을 포함하는 금속으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 사출 성형 도구용 금형 부품이며, 금형 부품은 소결 금속의 다층의 연속적인 소결을 포함하는 소결 공정에서 소결 금속으로 구성되어 상기 금형 부품의 냉각 채널 및 외부 금형이 완전히 또는 부분적으로 형성되게 하고, 상기 금형 부품의 외부 금형은 사출 성형 도구의 금형 캐비티를 향하도록 구성된 금형 표면 및 상기 사출 성형 도구에서 금형 캐비티의 반대편을 향하는 제2 표면을 포함하고, 상기 금형 부품은 그 금형 부품의 제2 표면에 구성된 적어도 두개의 개구를 갖는 적어도 하나의 냉각 채널을 더 포함하는 사출 성형 도구용 금형 부품으로서,
상기 금형 부품은 그 금형 부품의 금형 표면으로부터 냉각 채널까지 연장되는 대략 직선형 채널을 더 포함하고, 상기 대략적인 직선형 채널에서, 상기 소결 금속의 열전도 계수보다 큰 열전도 계수를 갖는 재료로 이루어진 핀이 구성되어 상기 핀이 대략적인 직선형 채널을 폐쇄하고 상기 핀의 일단의 적어도 일부가 냉각 통로의 근처로 또는 상기 냉각 통로로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는
사출 성형 도구용 금형 부품. - 제7항에 있어서, 상기 핀은 구리나 알루미늄 기반의 금속으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형 부품.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 채널의 반대편을 향하는 하나인 상기 핀의 대향단은 소결 금속으로 구성된 금형 부품에서 완전히 밀폐되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형 부품.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 금형 부품을 포함하는 사출 성형 도구.
