Claims (10)
- 적어도 매스 레이어(A)와 상기 매스 레이어에 인접한 디커플링 레이어(3)를 포함하는, 음향 매스 스프링 특성을 가진 적어도 하나의 차음 구역(I)을 포함하는 음향 감쇠 트림 부품으로서,
상기 매스 레이어는 다공성 섬유 레이어(1)와 장벽 레이어(2)로 이루어져 있고, 상기 장벽 레이어는 상기 다공성 섬유 레이어와 상기 디커플링 레이어 사이에 배치되어 있으며 모든 레이어는 함께 적층되어 있고,
상기 다공성 섬유 레이어는 적어도 차음 구역에서 적어도 대략
AWb는 상기 장벽 레이어의 단위 면적당 무게(g/m2),
AWp는 상기 다공성 섬유 레이어의 단위 면적당 무게(g/m2),
tp는 상기 다공성 섬유 레이어의 두께(mm), 그리고
ν(Hz)는 방사 진동수임,
의 동적 영률(Pa)을 가지도록 조절되고,
방사 진동수 ν는 적어도 3000(Hz)이고, 상기 장벽 레이어는 적어도 400(g/m2)의 단위 면적당 무게를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 음향 감쇠 트림 부품. - 제1항에 있어서, 음향 흡수 특성을 가진 적어도 하나의 흡음 구역(II)을 더 포함하고 있고, 상기 흡음 구역은 상기 다공성 섬유 레이어(1)의 적어도 일부분을 포함하고, 상기 다공성 섬유 레이어 중에서 상기 흡음 구역에 있는 부분의 두께는 상기 다공성 섬유 레이어 중에서 상기 차음 구역(I)에 있는 부분의 두께보다 더 두꺼운 것을 특징으로 하는 음향 감쇠 트림 부품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 섬유 레이어의 단위 면적당 무게 AWp 가 400(g/m2) 내지 2000(g/m2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 음향 감쇠 트림 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 섬유 레이어의 두께 tp 가 차음 구역에서 1(mm) 내지 10(mm)인 것을 특징으로 하는 음향 감쇠 트림 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 부분적으로 부가적인 흡음 레이어가 상기 다공성 섬유 레이어 상에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 음향 감쇠 트림 부품.
- 제5항에 있어서, 적어도 부분적으로 적어도 상기 흡음 레이어가 스크림 레이어(4, 5)에 의해 덮이는 것을 특징으로 하는 음향 감쇠 트림 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장벽 레이어의 단위 면적당 무게가 바람직하게는 500(g/m2) 내지 2000(g/m2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 음향 감쇠 트림 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 섬유 레이어(1)가 적어도 부분적으로 스크림 레이어(4,5)에 의해 덮이는 것을 특징으로 하는 음향 감쇠 트림 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 장식 레이어 또는 카페트 레이어, 바람직하게는 촘촘한 카페트 또는 부직포 카페트가 상기 다공성 섬유 레이어(1) 및/또는 부가적인 흡음 레이어 상에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 음향 감쇠 트림 부품.
- 차음재 또는 차음재와 흡음재가 결합된 형태인, 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 음향 감쇠 트림 부품을 승용차 또는 트럭과 같은 차량의 내측 대시, 바닥 덮개 또는 휠 라이너와 같은 자동차 트림 부품으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음향 감쇠 트림 부품의 사용법.
