Claims (10)
- 자동차들용 "브레이크-바이-와이어" 타입의 브레이크 시스템, 특히 브레이크 동력 보조 유닛을 갖지 않는 브레이크 시스템으로서,
브레이크 페달 (19) 에 의해서 작동될 수 있고 휠 브레이크들 (6, 7, 8, 9) 에 연결된 유압식 작동 장치 (2), 및 차량 운전자에게 편안한 페달감을 전달하는 적어도 탄성적 요소 (33) 를 갖는 유압식으로 작동되는 시뮬레이션 장치 (3) 를 갖는, 상기 브레이크 시스템에 있어서,
상기 작동 장치 (2) 는 유압식 연결부 (4) 에 의해서 상기 시뮬레이션 장치 (3) 에 연결되거나 또는 연결될 수 있고,
상기 유압식 연결부 (4) 는 전기적으로 제어가능한 셧오프 (shut-off) 밸브 (5) 에 의해서, 특히 대기압 하에 있는 압력 매체 용기 (10) 에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 브레이크 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 셧오프 밸브 (5) 는 전원 해제시 개방되는 전기적으로 제어가능한 밸브로서 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 브레이크 시스템. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 작동 장치 (2) 는, 상기 브레이크 페달 (19) 이 작동될 때 상기 유압식 연결부 (4) 에 전달되는 압력 매체를 위한 압력 챔버 (15) 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 브레이크 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 작동 장치 (2) 는 상기 브레이크 페달 (19) 의 작동 이동 거리 (travel) 를 감지하기 위한 센서 (30), 특히 이동 거리 센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 브레이크 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 브레이크 시스템은 상기 시뮬레이션 장치 (3) 가 상기 셧오프 밸브 (5) 가 폐쇄된 후에 단지 연결되는 방식으로 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 브레이크 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 브레이크 시스템은 전기적으로 제어가능한 압력 공급 장치 (12) 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 브레이크 시스템. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 압력 공급 장치 (12) 는 실린더-피스톤 배열체에 의해서 구현되고, 상기 실린더-피스톤 배열체의 피스톤은 전기기계식 액츄에이터에 의해서 작동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 브레이크 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
"브레이크-바이-와이어" 운용 모드 외에 (폴-백 (fall-back) 운용 모드에서) 상기 시뮬레이션 장치 (3) 는 무-압력 상태로 전환되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 브레이크 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 자동차들용 브레이크 시스템을 운용하기 위한 방법으로서,
브레이크 페달 (19) 이 작동될 때, 특히 "브레이크-바이-와이어" 운용 모드에서, 만약 상기 브레이크 페달 (19) 의 작동 이동 거리가 미리 결정된 제한 값을 초과한다면 상기 셧오프 밸브 (5) 가 단지 폐쇄된 스위치 위치로 전환되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 브레이크 시스템. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 제한 값은 운전 상태에 의존하여 미리 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 브레이크 시스템.
