Claims (6)
- 선박에 사용되는 흡음 및 단열판넬에 있어서,
알루미늄 호일로 이루어져, 저주파를 차단하는 차단부(10)와;
판넬 강도를 강화하기 위해 상기 차단부(10) 일면에 난연성 접착제에 의해 결합되는 유리섬유크로스(20)와;
판넬을 보강하기 위해 상기 유리섬유크로스(20) 일면에 불연성 접착제에 의해 결합되는 이클래스(30)(E-GLASS)와;
흡음, 단열을 위해, 에이이에스울(Alkaline-earth silicate wools), 인조섬유, 락울, 세라클울, 탄소섬유, 실리콘섬유, 세라믹중 어느 하나를 선택하여 밀도를 달리하여 상기 이클래스(30) 일면에 불연성 접착제에 의해 결합되는 흡단열재(40)와;
선박의 일면에 접착되기 위해 상기 흡단열재(40) 일면에 형성되는 양면테이프(50);로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 밀도를 달리하는 흡음 및 단열판넬.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 흡단열재(40)와 상기 양면테이프(50) 사이에는 이클래스(60)가 더 구비되어 상기 흡단열재(40)가 선박의 벽면에서 부식되는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀도를 달리하는 흡음 및 단열판넬.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄 호일은 10~100㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀도를 달리하는 흡음 및 단열판넬.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 이클래스(30)는,
두께가 0.6t~10t인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀도를 달리하는 흡음 및 단열판넬.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 흡단열재(40)의 소재인
에이이에스울(Alkaline-earth silicate wools), 인조섬유, 락울, 세라클울, 탄소섬유, 실리콘섬유, 세라믹을 2개 이상 혼합하여 밀도차가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀도를 달리하는 흡음 및 단열판넬.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 흡단열재(40)는,
상기 이클래스(30)에서 상기 양면테이프(50) 방향으로 밀도가 줄어들게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀도를 달리하는 흡음 및 단열판넬.
