Description

Painting method of flaw for automobile surface}Painting method of flaw for automobile surface

The present invention relates to a method for correcting scratches generated on the surface of a vehicle body and painting the corrected portion. In particular, the present invention relates to a scratch coating method of a vehicle that allows the driver to smoothly restore the scratches by directly correcting the scratches and applying the paints without going through a repair shop in the case of minor scratches.

Conventional automobile scratch restoration method, the main method was to apply a solidified material to the scratches of the automobile, and to polish by sand paper to remove the scratches and then to paint and polish.

As a related art, Patent No. 329291 (a method for removing scratches on a car) shows that a solid material such as gypsum or mud is applied to a scratch on a car, and is polished with sandpaper to remove scratches, followed by a painting process and a transparent process. Although a method of removing and painting scratches is disclosed through a coating application process, a branding material application process, a heat treatment, and a polishing process, this technique requires preparing a solidifying material such as gypsum or mud to remove the scratch. It is difficult to carry out the process by the individual operator because it requires injection equipment, and even if it is a minor scratch when repairing it through a repair shop, it is necessary to apply a complicated standard process to it, which requires unnecessary painting work and pays high costs accordingly. There is a problem.

In addition, Patent No. 749352 (Method of Partial Scratches of Automobiles), First, the entire panel including the damaged part is polished so as to maintain a coating film of a new car state, followed by a cleaning step, a scratch removal step, a polishing step, and a primer coating. Although the coating method is performed to sequentially perform the drying and drying steps, it is also difficult to carry out the process by the individual driver because it is necessary to prepare solidifying material and spray equipment for removing scratches. In addition, the complicated standard process must be applied daily, which entails unnecessary painting work and high costs.

The present invention has been made to solve such problems,

It is an object of the present invention to provide a method by which an individual driver can repair and paint a scratch by providing a technique of correcting the scratch, rather than removing the scratch.

In addition, it is an object of the present invention to provide a coating method that can be easily repaired with a simple material without the need for additional materials or means, such as a material such as a solidifying material or a coating means accordingly.

In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a coating method in which the interface between the original painting and the repair painting surface is not easily recognized, and a painting method that simplifies the repair process and reduces the cost.

It is another object of the present invention to propose a coating method in which a scratch repair part is not easily detached after repair.

The present invention provides a method for painting scratches on a vehicle, the method comprising: attaching a correction member to an upper surface of a scratch portion formed on the vehicle; A spray coating step of spraying paint on the upper surface of the correction member and around the correction member; Branding material coating step of applying a branding material to the edge of the hydraulic coating surface formed by the spray coating; A drying step of drying the branding material; Polishing the edge portion; It characterized in that it comprises a gloss step for generating a gloss after completing the steps sequentially.

In addition, the correction member used in the present invention is characterized in that the transparent film, a thin film or an adhesive film, the branding material is characterized by using a coating agent and a solvent.

The present invention proposes a technique for correcting scratches rather than removing scratches, so that a material that is simple for the individual driver without additional materials or means, such as a material such as a solidifying material for removing the scratches or an application means according to the existing technology, is required. Can easily repair scratches,

Add the step of applying branding material to the interface between original and hydraulic coating, drying and polishing, so that the painting interface is not easily recognized.

Since the process of inserting and fixing the solidifying material or the operation of the accompanying means is not necessary, the repair process is simplified and the cost is reduced.

In addition, by compensating without filling the scratches, there is an effect of preventing a problem that the solidified material of the weight used for removing the scratches is detached due to vibration generated during driving of the vehicle.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description of the present invention, detailed description of known functions and configurations incorporated herein will be omitted when it may make the subject matter of the present invention rather unclear.

1 illustrates a state in which a scratch is generated on a painted surface of a vehicle in which the iron plate 10 and the paint layer 20 and the transparent coating layer 30 are formed thereon. As shown, if a slight contact, self-scratches, minor scratches on the painted surface of the vehicle, if left unattended, the body surface is corroded and the appearance is damaged.

Therefore, in order to repair the scratches, the process of removing the scratches must be preceded. In order to remove the scratches, a solidifying material such as plaster or mud must be prepared first, and tools and equipment for application are required. It is difficult to carry out the repair, and in case of consignment repair, even a minor scratch must go through a complicated process applied to normal repair, and in some cases, unnecessary painting work is required and high costs are required.

The present invention focuses on the self-repair by the driver in the case of minor scratches, and an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIG. 2, the present invention is characterized in that the correction member 40 is attached to the upper surface of the upper surface without removing the scratch, thereby correcting the scratch. The correction member 40 cleans the scratch. After drying, the transparent film or the thin film may be adhered to the upper surface, and in some cases, the film on which the adhesive material is applied may be attached to the upper surface of the scratch site.

In general, when a solid material such as gypsum or mud is inserted into and removed from a scratch generated on an automobile surface, when the adhesion of the solid material is not sufficient, the solid material is detached from the scratch area, and the appearance becomes like a scratch. When generated on the side of the vehicle, the weight of the solidifying material is added to the repetitive vibration generated during the driving of the vehicle, thereby detaching more easily.

Therefore, when repairing a side flaw in an automobile, a repair method of replacing the entire side panel or using a tool to protrude the panel from the inside of the side panel to the outside rather than the normal flaw removal repair can be used. It is extremely difficult to do it yourself.

In the case of repairing by attaching the correction member 40 to the scratched portion as in the present invention, it is not necessary to prepare the solidified material or its application equipment, and thus an individual driver can easily repair the scratched portion, while having a heavy foreign substance on the surface of the vehicle body. There is an advantage that the repair part is not detached due to the operation.

In the spray coating step of the present invention, the paint 50 is sprayed around the upper surface of the correcting member 40 and the correcting member 40. In this step, spraying by selecting a spray liquid paint that is the same as the color of the vehicle is performed. Preferably, the injection is preferably sprayed to minimize the area including the correction member (40).

In the present invention, the scratches are formed on the surface of the scratches between the original coating surface of the automobile and the repair coating surface by spray injection. In this case, the repair surface can be easily recognized due to the boundary surface. Applying the branding material 60 to the. Hereinafter, the interface is referred to as the 'edge portion'.

The branding material 60 is a liquid mixed with a solvent and a coating agent, and a solvent is a thinner-like material that melts the paint at the edge where the original and repair surfaces meet and changes the edge to a uniform homogeneous state. And, the coating agent is a material that serves to protect the coating state of the uniform coating surface is maintained. The solvent and the coating agent can be easily purchased at an automotive supply store, and when mixing them, it is preferable to mix the coating agent and the solvent in a weight ratio of about 3: 3, respectively.

Since the branding material 60 is a material containing a solvent, it is preferable to apply a thin coating only to the edge portion.

Subsequently, the present invention is characterized by the step of drying the branding material 60 applied to the edge portion and polishing the edge portion. The present invention is a technique of correcting, rather than removing, a scratch and a correction member on the scratch portion. Even if the thickness of the correction member is thin when attached, a small step is generated between the original drawing and the attached correction member, so that the edge is polished after the branding material is dried to minimize the step.

At this time, the abrasive member is preferably a sand paper and the specification is about 1500 mesh that will not leave a scratch on the surface of the vehicle, the drying of the branding material 60 may be a conventional drying method using natural drying or hot air.

Finally, the present invention includes a gloss step of generating gloss after sequentially completing the above steps.

As described above, in the scratch coating method of the present invention, after the correction member 40 is adhered to the upper surface of the car scratch, the paint 50 is sprayed around the upper surface of the correction member 40 and the correction member 40, The branding material 60 is applied to the edge of the hydraulic coating surface formed by the spray coating to uniformly melt the interface paint between the original coating and the hydraulic coating surface, and polish the edge 60 to polish the original coating surface and the hydraulic drawing. Painting is done including minimizing the step between scenes and then generating gloss in the repair.

While the present invention has been described with reference to the exemplary embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments.
