Description

Claims (6)
- 소수성 고분자와 친수성 고분자를 포함해서 이루어지며, 순수의 투과 속도가 10 내지 300L/(h·m2·bar)이고, 0.5% 면역 글로불린 용액을 데드 엔드로 60분에 걸쳐 1.0bar의 정압 여과했을 때, 여과 시간과 여액 회수 적산량이 실질적으로 직선 관계에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단백질 함유 액처리용 다공질 중공사막.
- 제1항에 있어서,
막 두께 부분의 중심 영역이 실질적으로 균질한 구조로 이루어지며, 막 두께 부분이 매크로 보이드를 갖지 않는 구조로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 단백질 함유 액처리용 다공질 중공사막. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
내경이 150 내지 400㎛, 막 두께가 40 내지 200㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 단백질 함유 액처리용 다공질 중공사막. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
소수성 고분자가 폴리술폰계 고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 단백질 함유 액처리용 다공질 중공사막. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
친수성 고분자가 폴리비닐피롤리돈인 것을 특징으로 하는 단백질 함유 액처리용 다공질 중공사막. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
단백질 용액으로부터 바이러스를 분리하기 위해 사용되는 막인 것을 특징으로 하는 단백질 함유 액처리용 다공질 중공사막.
