도 2 는 도 1 의 전지 모듈의 A-A' 선에 있어서의 단면 구조를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 3 은 도 1 의 전지 모듈의 B-B' 선에 있어서의 단면 구조를 나타내는 도면이고, 도 3(a) 는 피착체를 전지 셀에 장착한 경우의 단면 구조이고, 도 3(b) 는 피착체를 전지 셀에 장착하기 직전의 단면 구조를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 4 는 도 1 로 나타낸 전지 모듈의 변형예 (변형예 1) 를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 5 는 도 1 로 나타낸 전지 모듈의 변형예 (변형예 2) 를 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (7)
- 도전성의 전지 용기와, 상기 전지 용기의 외부에 노출된 전극 단자와, 전극판을 구비한 전지 셀과,
제 1 도통부와, 제 2 도통부와, 상기 제 1 도통부와 상기 제 2 도통부 사이에 개재되고 또한 상기 제 1 도통부와 상기 제 2 도통부에 전기적으로 접속된 저항체를 구비한 피착체를 갖고,
상기 피착체는 상기 전지 셀에 피착되고, 상기 피착시에 자동적으로 상기 제 1 도통부는 상기 전지 용기에 전기적으로 접속되고 또한 상기 제 2 도통부는 상기 전극 단자에 전기적으로 접속되는 전지 모듈. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 피착체는, 평판 형상의 피착체 천판부와, 상기 피착체 천판부의 전체 주위와 접속되고 또한 상기 피착체 천판부로 오목부를 형성하는 피착체 측면부를 구비하고,
상기 저항체는 상기 오목부의 내측에 배치되어 있는 전지 모듈. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 오목부의 단면 형상은, 상기 전지 용기의 단면 형상과 실질적으로 동일하고, 상기 피착체 측면부가 탄성 변형됨으로써 상기 피착체가 상기 전지 용기에 상기 피착되는 전지 모듈. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 피착체와 실질적으로 동일한 형상의 제 2 피착체를 추가로 갖고,
상기 전지 셀을 상기 피착체와 상기 제 2 피착체 사이에 끼워 넣고 또한 상기 피착체와 상기 제 2 피착체를 끼워맞춰 상기 피착이 이루어지는 전지 모듈. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 피착체는, 상기 오목부에 상기 피착체 천판부로부터 연장되는 가이드부를 추가로 구비하고,
상기 전극 단자에는 상기 노출된 지점에 구멍이 형성되어 있고,
상기 가이드부가 상기 구멍에 삽입됨으로써 상기 피착체가 상기 전지 셀에 고정되어 상기 피착이 이루어지는 전지 모듈. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전극 단자는, 축부와, 상기 축부의 단면 방향으로 연신되고 또한 상기 축부와 일체 형성된 접속부를 구비하고,
상기 접속부에도 상기 전극판으로부터의 전기적 경로를 가짐으로써, 상기 전극 단자와 상기 전극판 사이의 전기 경로의 저항값을 저감시키는 전지 모듈. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 전극 단자는, 정극 (正極) 단자인 전지 모듈.
