Claims (8)
- 난연성 배합물로서, 피로인산 염은 1 내지 80.0wt%, 다이인산피페라진은 0.1 내지 30wt% 및 멜라민 폴리포스페이트는 10 내지 80wt%로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 축합 배합물을 포함하며, 각 성분들의 합이 100wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 배합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수분을 포함한 휘발성 물질을 1wt% 이하로 더 함유함을 특징으로 하는 난연성 배합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 피로인산 염, 다이인산피페라진 및 멜라민 폴리포스페이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 축합 배합물을 펠렛프레스(Kahl), 오토클레이브 또는 압출기등 내에서 25 내지 300도에서 가열하여 얻어진 펠렛 제형물 및/또는 제형된 펠렛을 이용하여 열처리를 하여 얻어진 난연제 배합물 펠렛 제형물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 난연제 배합물을 이용하여 얻어진 혼합물 및/또는 펠렛 제형물을 열가소성 수지와 혼합하여 제조된 난연성 마스터배치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 난연제 배합물을 포함하는 난연성 플라스틱 성형 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 플라스틱 성형 조성물을 기준으로 하여, 난연제 배합물 10 내지 50wt%를 포함하는 난연성 플라스틱 성형 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 플라스틱은 폴리아미드, 폴리이미드, 폴리에스테르, 스티렌-함유 중합체, 에폭시 수지, 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지 및 폴리우레탄 및 폴리프로필렌, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 직쇄(直鎖) 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 폴리부텐-1, 폴리-3-메틸펜텐 등의 α-올레핀 중합체 또는 에틸렌-초산비닐 공중합체, 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체 등의 폴리올레핀 및 이들의 공중합체, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리염화비닐리덴, 염소화폴리에틸렌, 염소화폴리프로필렌, 폴리불화비닐리덴, 염화고무, 염화비닐-초산비닐 공중합체, 염화비닐-에틸렌 공중합체, 염화비닐-염화비닐리덴 공중합체, 염화비닐-염화비닐리덴-초산비닐 삼원 공중합체, 염화비닐-아크릴산에스테르 공중합체, 염화비닐-말레인산에스테르 공중합체, 염화비닐-시클로헥실말레이미드 공중합체(vinyl chloride- cyclohexyl maleimide copolymer) 등의 함(含) 할로겐 수지, 석유 수지, 쿠마론 수지(coumarone resins), 폴리스티렌, 폴리초산비닐, 아크릴 수지, 스티렌 및/또는 α-메틸스티렌과 다른 단량체(예를 들면, 무수말레인산, 페닐말레이미드(phenylmaleimide), 메타크릴산메틸, 부타디엔, 아크릴로니트릴 등)와의 공중합체(예를 들면, AS 수지, ABS 수지, MBS수지, 내열 ABS 수지 등), 폴리메틸메타크릴), 폴리비닐알콜, 폴리비닐포르말(polyvinyl formal), 폴리비닐부티랄, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈), (polyethylene terephthalate) 및 폴리부틸렌테레프탈)등의 직쇄 폴리에스테르, 폴리페닐렌옥부타디, 폴리카프로락탐(polycaprolactam) 및 폴리헥사메틸렌아디파미드(polyhexamethylene adipamide) 등의 폴리아미드, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리카르보네이트/ABS 수지, 분기(分岐) 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리아세탈, 폴리페닐렌설파타디, 폴리우레탄, 섬유소계 수지 등의 열가소성 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 중합체를 포함하는 중합체-함유 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 피로인산 염, 다이인산피페라진 및 멜라민 폴리포스페이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 축합 배합물을 펠렛프레스(Kahl), 오토클레이브 또는 압출기 등 내에서 25 내지 300도에서 가열하여 얻어진 펠렛 제형물을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
