Rechargeable Fever Earplugs {EAR WARMER}

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a rechargeable exothermic earplug, which is portable and generates heat, and relates to an earplug capable of protecting an ear that is susceptible to frostbite in a cold season.

Leisure population such as sports, hiking and camping is gradually increasing. Leisure enthusiasts enjoy outdoor activities in both winter and summer. Especially, it is a frostbite to watch out for in cold weather. One of the places where frostbite is easily caught in the body is the ear. In addition, the body temperature is easily taken away from the neck.

Leisure activities in the cold weather below 20 degrees below the cold, frostbite ear, body temperature is easily taken away, and cold energy to enter the body must be protected.

Simply wrapping like a traditional shawl or earplugs cannot protect a person's body temperature in cold weather.

The present invention is to provide a rechargeable heating earplugs for blowing warm air to the neck and ears.

In addition, the present invention is to provide a rechargeable heat generating earplug, with the addition of a mask function.

In addition, the present invention is to provide a rechargeable fever earplugs that benefit health by using far infrared rays emitted from jade.

According to one aspect of the invention,

A pair of cases folded between the hinges;

A heating element built in the case;

A heat sink coupled to the heating element;

A fan which is built in the case and blows heat of a heat sink;

A power source embedded in the case and supplying power to the fan and the heating element;

It is formed in the case, to provide a rechargeable heating earplug including a hot air hole that is a passage for injecting heat blown from the fan to the outside.

In addition, the hot air hole,

A first hot air hole formed in the case at an ear contact portion;

It is to provide a rechargeable heating earplug including a second hot air hole formed in the case of the neck contact portion.

Or, to provide a rechargeable heating earplug, characterized in that the end of the case is further coupled to the mask to block the mouth.

In addition, to provide a rechargeable heating earplug, characterized in that the inside of the case is coated with jade.

As described above, the present invention can provide a rechargeable heating earplug for blowing warm air to the neck and ears.

In addition, the present invention can provide a rechargeable heat generating earplug, in which a mask function is added.

In addition, the present invention can provide a rechargeable fever earplug that benefits health by using far infrared rays emitted from jade.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, which are intended to explain in detail enough to enable those skilled in the art to easily carry out the present invention. This does not mean that the spirit and scope of the present invention is limited.

1 is a perspective view of a rechargeable heating earplug according to an embodiment of the present invention, Figure 2 is a rear view of the rechargeable heating earplug in an unfolded state according to an embodiment of the present invention, Figure 3 is an embodiment of the present invention Is a perspective view of a rechargeable heating earplug coupled to a mask.

The rechargeable heat generating earplug 10 includes a pair of cases 111 and 112 folded through the hinge 12; A heating element (131, 132) embedded in the case (111, 112); Heat sinks 141 and 142 coupled to the heating elements 131 and 132; fans 151 and 152 built into the cases 111 and 112 to blow heat from the heat sinks 141 and 142; A power source (161, 162) embedded in the case (111, 112) and supplying power to the fans (151, 152) and the heating elements (131, 132); It is formed inside the case (111, 112), and includes a hot air hole (171, 172, 173, 174) that is a passage for injecting the heat blown from the fan (151, 152) to the outside.

The cases 111 and 112 consist of a pair. In the cases 111 and 112, the first case 111 and the second case 112 are symmetrically formed. The first case 111 and the second case 112 are coupled to the hinge portion 12, and can be folded. When the cases 111 and 112 of FIG. 1 are worn on the neck of a person, the sides and the back of the neck may be covered and the ears may be covered. When wearing the cases 111 and 112 of FIG. 1, the mouth of a person is opened.

The first case 111 and the second case 112 have a symmetrical structure. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the first case 111 will be described mainly, and specific details will be separately mentioned.

The heating element 131 embedded in the first case 111 may be a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) device. PTC devices are also referred to as static thermistors. The heating element 131 is a safe heating element that can replace the nichrome wire. Heat generated by the heat generator 131 is discharged to the hot air holes 171 and 173 through the fan 151. Therefore, the heating element 131 and the hot air holes 171 and 173 are spatially connected.

In order to effectively dissipate heat of the heat generating element 131, a heat sink 141 is coupled to the heat generating element 131. The heat sink 141 may be made of aluminum. The heat sink 141 used in the present embodiment may be a skiving heat sink. The skiving heat sink is developed by the inventor of the present application, and detailed technical information can be found in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2008-0029053.

The fan 151 is coupled adjacent to the heat sink 141. When the fan 151 operates, heat from the heat sink 141 is discharged toward the hot air holes 171 and 173. The hot air hole has a first hot air hole 171 formed in a part contacting the ear when the first case 111 is in close contact with a person, and a second hot air hole formed in a part which is in contact with the neck when the first case 111 is in close contact with a person. 173. Hot air emitted into the first hot air holes 171 warms the ears. In addition, the hot air emitted from the second hot air hole 173 in contact with the neck not only warms the neck, but also goes up to the entire head to make the head feel warm. The most likely part of the body to lose heat is the neck and head. The rechargeable fever earplug 10 to feel the warmth in the neck and head to keep the body temperature in the cold.

The power source 161 is embedded in the first case 111 and supplies power to the fan 151 and the heating element 131. The power source 161 may be a lithium ion battery. The power sources 161 and 162 may be coupled to both the first case 111 and the second case 112 as in the present embodiment.

In addition, the power source 161 may be coupled to one surface of the first case 111. One power source 161 may also supply power to an electrical component embedded in the second case 112.

Meanwhile, ends of the first case 111 and the second case 112 may be connected to the mask 18 as shown in FIG. 3. When the rechargeable heating earplug 10 of the present embodiment is worn on a person's neck, the mask 18 may cover a person's mouth. Mask 18 may be made as a fabric. The cases 111 and 112 and the mask 18 may be coupled by Velcro.

When wearing the rechargeable fever earplugs 10 of the present embodiment, the part where the skin of the person touches may be coated with jade. That is, jade may be coated inside the case 11. Jade may be cut into pieces and attached to the inside of the case 11, or may be powdered and coated. In particular, when there is jade at a point adjacent to the heating element 131, far infrared rays are emitted from the jade to help the human body.

As such, when the rechargeable fever earplugs 10 of the present embodiment are worn on the neck of a person, a mouth portion that easily loses body temperature in a cold season and a hot air can be blown to an ear that is easily caught by a frostbite, and a cold energy can easily penetrate the mouth. Can prevent cold air from entering.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments. Modifications and additions by those skilled in the art to an equivalent range based on the embodiments will also fall within the scope of the present invention.
