Abstract
- ISO 1133 (230℃/2.16 Kg)에 따른 MFRA 가 15 내지 70 g/10 분 범위 내인 프로필렌 단일중합체 또는 에틸렌 또는 C4-C10 알파 올레핀과 프로필렌의 공중합체인 성분 (A) 70-90 중량%; 및
- 25-45 중량%의 에틸렌 유래의 단위체를 포함하고 실온에서 자일렌에 가용성인 분획의 고유 점도 [η] 값이 5 내지 9 dl/g 범위 내인 프로필렌-에틸렌 공중합체인 성분 B) 10-30 중량%,
총 MFR 이 4 g/10 분 초과이고, ISO 방법 178 에 따라 측정된 굴곡 탄성률 값이 950 내지 2000 MPa 범위 내인 마스터배치 조성물.
Description
Claims (8)
- 하기를 포함하는 마스터배치 조성물로서:
- ISO 1133 (230℃/2.16 Kg)에 따른 MFRA 가 15 내지 70 g/10 분 범위 내인 프로필렌 단일중합체 또는 에틸렌 또는 C4-C10 알파 올레핀과 프로필렌의 공중합체인 성분 (A) 70-90 중량%; 및
- 25-45 중량%의 에틸렌 유래의 단위체를 포함하고 실온에서 자일렌에 가용성인 분획의 고유 점도 [η] 값이 5 내지 9 dl/g 범위 내인 프로필렌-에틸렌 공중합체인 성분 B) 10-30 중량%,
총 MFR 이 4 g/10 분 초과이고, ISO 방법 178 에 따라 측정된 굴곡 탄성률 값이 950 내지 2000 MPa 범위 내인 마스터배치 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분 (A)의 양은 74 내지 86 중량%의 범위 내이고, 성분 (B)의 양은 14 내지 26%의 범위 내이고, 상기 성분 B)가 30 내지 42중량% 범위의 에틸렌 유래의 단위체 함유량을 가지는 마스터배치 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분 (B)의 고유 점도 [η]가 6.5 내지 8 dl/g 범위 내인 마스터배치 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분 (A)의 MFRA 가 20 내지 60 g/10 분의 범위 내인 반면, 총 조성물의 MFR 는 4 내지 15 g/10 분의 범위 내인 마스터배치 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, ISO 방법 178 에 따라 측정된 굴곡 탄성률이 1000 내지 1700 MPa 범위 내인 마스터배치 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분 (A)의 P.I. (다분산성 지수 (Polydispersity Index))가 5 내지 10 범위 내인 마스터배치 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항의 마스터배치 조성물을 포함하는 열가소성 폴리올레핀 조성물.
- 제 7 항의 열가소성 폴리올레핀 조성물을 포함하는 물품.
