Claims (10)
- 산약을 젖산균으로 발효시킨 발효물로부터 분리된 분자량 100,000 dalton이하의 분획물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈류 개선용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물이 분자량 50,000 dalton이하의 분획물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈류 개선용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물이 분자량 30,000 내지 50,000 dalton의 분획물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈류 개선용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분획물이 산약을 젖산균으로 발효시킨 발효물을 유기용매로 추출한 유기용매 추출물로부터 분리한 것을 특징으로 하는 혈류 개선용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분획물이 산약을 젖산균으로 발효시킨 발효물의 유기용매 추출물의 상등액으로부터 분리한 것을 특징으로 하는 혈류 개선용 조성물. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 유기용매가 에탄올인 것을 특징으로 하는 혈류 개선용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 젖산균이 Lactobacillus acidophilus 인 것을 특징으로 하는 혈류 개선용 조성물. - 산약에 젖산균을 접종하여 발효시키는 발효 단계; 및
상기 발효 단계에서 얻어진 발효물을 한외여과하여 분자량별로 분획물을 얻는 분획 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈류 개선용 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 발효 단계 후에, 상기 발효 단계에 의해 얻어진 발효물을 유기용매로 추출하는 유기용매 추출 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈류 개선용 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 혈류 개선용 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건강기능식품.
