Abstract
본 발명은, 길게 연장된 중공관체 형상을 가지고, 일측에 소정 길이만큼 형성된 비절연영역과 비절연 영역을 제외한 외표면에 형성된 절연영역을 가지는 중공전극; 중공전극과 접촉하고 있는 생체 조직을 냉각시키기 위한 가압식염수를, 생체 밖으로부터 중공전극 내부로 공급하고 중공전극 내부로부터 생체 밖으로 배출시키기 위한 식염수순환구조; 그리고, 중공전극의 비절연 영역에 형성된 하나 이상의 식염수 토출용 구멍;을 포함하는 전기수술기용 전극에 있어서, 순환되는 가압식염수 중 일부를, 식염수 토출용 구멍을 통하여 중공전극과 접촉하고 있는 생체 조직으로 직접 배출시키는 전기수술기용 전극을 제공한다.

Claims (10)
- 길게 연장된 중공관체 형상을 가지고, 일측에 소정 길이만큼 형성된 비절연영역과 비절연 영역을 제외한 외표면에 형성된 절연영역을 가지는 중공전극;
중공전극과 접촉하고 있는 생체 조직을 냉각시키기 위한 가압식염수를, 생체 밖으로부터 중공전극 내부로 공급하고 중공전극 내부로부터 생체 밖으로 배출시키기 위한 식염수순환구조; 그리고,
중공전극의 비절연 영역에 형성된 하나 이상의 식염수 토출용 구멍;을 포함하는 전기수술기용 전극에 있어서,
순환되는 가압식염수 중 일부를, 식염수 토출용 구멍을 통하여 중공전극과 접촉하고 있는 생체 조직으로 직접 배출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기수술기용 전극. - 제1항에 있어서,
식염수 토출용 구멍은 복수개 형성되고 중공전극에 대하여 대칭되는 위치에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기수술기용 전극. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
식염수 토출용 구멍은 중공전극을 허공에 노출시킨 상태에서, 중공전극을 순환하는 가압식염수의 5% 미만이 허공으로 토출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기수술기용 전극. - 제3항에 있어서,
식염수 토출용 구멍은 중공전극을 허공에 노출시킨 상태에서, 중공전극을 순환하는 가압식염수의 0.3 내지 3.8%가 허공으로 토출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기수술기용 전극. - 제4항에 있어서,
식염수 토출용 구멍은 중공전극을 허공에 노출시킨 상태에서, 중공전극을 순환하는 가압식염수의 0.9 내지 2.0%가 허공으로 토출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기수술기용 전극. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
중공전극을 허공에 노출시킨 상태에서, 전극 내부로 90 cc/min으로 식염수를 순환시키는 경우, 식염수 토출 구멍을 통해 허공으로 토출되는 식염수의 유량이 0.31 내지 3.42cc/min 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기수술기용 전극. - 제4항에 있어서,
중공전극을 허공에 노출시킨 상태에서, 전극 내부로 90 cc/min으로 식염수를 순환시키는 경우, 식염수 토출 구멍을 통해 허공으로 토출되는 식염수의 유량이 0.82 내지 1.65 cc/min인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기수술기용 전극. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
식염수 토출 구멍의 반지름은 0.01 내지 0.025 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기수술기용 전극. - 제6항에 있어서,
식염수 토출 구멍의 반지름은 0.0125 내지 0.0175 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기수술기용 전극. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
가압식염수는 700 내지 1060 KPa로 가압되어 중공전극 내부로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기수술기용 전극.
