Claims (8)
- C: 0.02~0.1wt%, Si: 0.01~0.05wt%, Mn: 0.1~0.5wt%이고, Nb: 0.01~0.05wt%, Ti: 0.01~0.05wt% 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종을 포함하고, 잔부가 Fe과 기타 불가피한 불순물로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연질 열연강판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 Nb와 Ti는 2.6-32.71Nb[wt%]-33.5Ti[wt%]≤2.0를 만족하는 범위로 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 연질 열연강판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 Nb와 Ti는 45.7-268.57Nb[wt%]-810Ti[wt%]≤30를 만족하는 범위로 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 연질 열연강판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 Nb와 Ti는 2.6-32.71Nb[wt%]-33.5Ti[wt%]≤2.0와 45.7-268.57Nb[wt%]-810Ti[wt%]≤30를 동시에 만족하는 범위로 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 연질 열연강판.
- C: 0.02~0.1wt%, Si: 0.01~0.05wt%, Mn: 0.1~0.5wt%이고, Nb: 0.01~0.05wt%, Ti: 0.01~0.05wt% 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종을 포함하고, 잔부가 Fe과 기타 불가 피한 불순물로 조성되는 슬라브를1050~1150℃의 온도에서 균질화 처리한 후, 800~900℃의 온도에서 열간압연을 마무리하고, 500~600℃에서 권취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연질 열연강판의 제조방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 Nb와 Ti는 2.6-32.71Nb[wt%]-33.5Ti[wt%]≤2.0를 만족하는 범위로 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 연질 열연강판의 제조방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 Nb와 Ti는 45.7-268.57Nb[wt%]-810Ti[wt%]≤30를 만족하는 범위로 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 연질 열연강판의 제조방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 Nb와 Ti는 2.6-32.71Nb[wt%]-33.5Ti[wt%]≤2.0와 45.7-268.57Nb[wt%]-810Ti[wt%]≤30를 동시에 만족하는 범위로 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 연질 열연강판의 제조방법.
