Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 중공을 가진 튜브 형상으로 형성된 제1 전극;상기 제1 전극의 양단부를 제외한 외면에 형성된 제2 전극;상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극 사이에 형성된 전해질층; 및상기 제1 전극의 일측단부에 결합된 캡;을 포함하되,상기 캡은 도전체가 면 접촉되도록 삽입되는 적어도 하나의 안착홈을 포함하는 고체산화물 연료전지의 단위셀.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 캡은 전도성 물질로 형성되는 고체산화물 연료전지의 단위셀.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 안착홈은 상기 캡의 외주면을 따라 형성되는 고체산화물 연료전지의 단위셀.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 안착홈은 상기 캡의 외주면과 수직되는 상부면을 가로지르며 형성되는 고체산화물 연료전지의 단위셀.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 전극은 연료극이고, 상기 제2 전극은 공기극으로 이루어지는 고체산화물 연료전지의 단위셀.
- 중공을 가진 튜브 형상의 제1 전극, 상기 제1 전극의 양단부를 제외한 외면에 형성된 제2 전극 및 상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극 사이에 형성된 전해질층을 포함하며, 상기 제1 전극의 일측단부에 캡이 결합된 다수개의 단위셀; 및상기 다수개의 단위셀을 전기적으로 연결시키는 도전체;를 포함하되,상기 도전체는 상기 캡의 외면에 형성된 적어도 하나의 안착홈에 면 접촉되도록 삽입되는 고체산화물 연료전지 스택.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 캡은 전도성 물질로 형성되는 고체산화물 연료전지 스택.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 안착홈은 상기 캡의 외주면을 따라 형성되는 고체산화물 연료전지 스택.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 안착홈은 상기 캡의 외주면과 수직되는 상부면을 가로지르며 형성되는 고체산화물 연료전지 스택.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 도전체는 브레이징 방법에 의해 상기 안착홈에 고정되는 고체산화물 연료전지 스택.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 도전체는 상기 캡보다 열팽창률이 큰 금속으로 상기 도전체 상부에서 압입함에 의해 상기 안착홈에 고정되는 고체산화물 연료전지 스택.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 도전체는 와이어, 펠트, 메시로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나로 형성되는 고체산화물 연료전지 스택.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제1 전극은 연료극이고, 상기 제2 전극은 공기극으로 이루어지는 고체산화물 연료전지 스택.
