Claims (5)
- 피톤치드 용액을 내장하는 50nm ~ 3000μm 입경의 피톤치드 캡슐을 제조하는 제1 공정(S10)과;마사토 20 ~ 80 중량%와, 구운 황토분말 10 ~ 70 중량%와, 고화제 5 ~ 50 중량%와, 물 5 ~ 20중량%와, 캡슐의 무게를 제외한 피톤 치드 용액만의 중량비가 0.001 ~ 1중량%가 되게 상기 피톤치드 캡슐을 혼합하여 교반하는 제2 공정(S20)과;상기 제 2공정을 통해 교반된 혼합물을 벽돌 형상의 성형 틀에 넣고 압축하여 벽돌을 성형하는 제 3공정(S30)과;상기 제 3공정에 의해 성형된 마사토 벽돌을 양생하는 제 4공정(S40)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 피톤치드가 함유된 환경 친화형 마사토 벽돌 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 공정(S20) 전에 나뭇가루와 종이를 물에 넣고 찐 후 건조하여 압축 성형하고, 이를 5~10mm 크기의 구형의 펠릿 형태로 성형하여 콘셀을 준비하는 제 5공정;을 더 포함하여 구성되고,상기 제2 공정(S20)에서 상기 콘셀 0.01 ~ 0.5중량%를 더 혼합하여 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피톤치드가 함유된 환경 친화형 마사토 벽돌 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2 공정(S20)은상기 콘셀은 0.1중량%를 혼합하고,산화철 0.05 ~ 0.1중량%를 더 투입하고,물에 0.5중량%의 AE감수제를 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피톤치드가 함유된 환경 친화형 마사토 벽돌 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 제조방법으로 제조된 피톤치드가 함유된 환경 친화형 마사토 벽돌.
- 마사토와, 구운 황토분말과, 고화제와, 물과, 50nm ~ 3000μm 입경의 피톤치드 용액이 내장된 캡슐을 혼합하여 교반한 후 고화시켜 제조되되,전체 벽돌 중량 대비 0.001 ~ 1중량%의 피톤치드 용액이 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피톤치드가 함유된 환경 친화형 마사토 벽돌.
