Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a color brick, and in particular, a mixture of ordinary cement and sand and gravel at an appropriate ratio and color cement are mixed to make the walls or flower beds more beautiful than before, while the appearance is not like a brick, but a luxurious aesthetic and environmentally friendly. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing colored bricks.
In general, brick is classified into cement brick using cement and clay brick using clay, and a general manufacturing process of clay brick is performed in order of manufacturing, molding, drying, firing, and product of clay.
Clay bricks are prepared by mixing clay, loess, small amount of kaolin, and masato in an appropriate amount by vacuum drilling, extruding them, drying the molded bricks, and then firing at 1150 ° C. for 12 hours in a kiln.
Due to the manufacturing characteristics of clay bricks, the raw materials used for the manufacture of materials are not made by combination grinding, but are mixed with clay, which is the main raw material, except for some of the bulk raw materials. The surface of the body is rough and porous.
Therefore, there was a lack of durability, strength, robustness, etc. required for the building exterior and finishing materials, and when the construction is made of clay bricks, the exterior is uniformly flat, giving no decoration as a whole building.
Meanwhile, cement bricks include bricks used as interior and exterior materials for building, sidewalk blocks used for sidewalks, and road boundary stones.
The cement brick is produced by properly mixing cement, sand, gravel and water in a ratio and then curing the mixture by pouring it into a block mold.
Conventional cement bricks are manufactured using natural cement as it is, without color, so that they do not provide aesthetics, and of course, are not environmentally friendly.
In addition, in the prior art by laying the colorless cement bricks to install flower beds or fences could provide only a uniform and artificial environment, there was also a drawback that gives a monotony because only the exterior of the brick is formed smoothly.
The present invention is to solve such a conventional drawback, the object of the present invention is to have a color to look like a brick not look like a brick in shape and give a whole new aesthetic as well as an environmentally friendly atmosphere when stacked in color bricks harmoniously. It is to provide a method of manufacturing colored bricks that allows the viewer to provide a new feeling of fences or flower beds, rather than ordinary fences or flower beds.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a first step of preparing a frame of a size to manufacture a brick, a second step of mixing a ratio of general cement, sand and gravel with water in a 1: 3: 3 color. A third step of mixing cement with 1 to 1.5 cm diameter gravel at a ratio of 1: 3 to 5; filling only the color cement into the mold or about 2/3 of the normal cement, and adding 1/3 of the color cement thereon Fourth step, the fifth step of separating from the mold after pressing the pressure, and the sixth step of curing the brick separated in the fifth step 3 to 5 days.
As described in detail above, the present invention can produce colored bricks in appearance, so that the color bricks are harmoniously stacked to make flower beds or stack walls, which is much more aesthetically and environmentally friendly than conventional colorless walls or flower beds. It can create a colorful brick, but it has the effect of giving the appearance that it is not brick-like in appearance.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
The present invention first prepares a mold of a size necessary for manufacturing bricks in preparation for manufacturing bricks.
In addition, the ratio of general cement, sand and gravel is 1: 3: 3 and mixed with water.
Next, color cement may be prepared by mixing commercially available color cement with 1 to 1.5 cm of gravel or using pigments.
Next, the prepared mold is filled with a mixture of general cement, sand and gravel at about two thirds, and the other third is filled with a mixture of color cement and gravel.
In this case, the mixture of color cement and gravel may be filled with the mixture of color cement and gravel without filling one third.
Here, the general cement is not limited to two-thirds of filling, the color cement is not limited to one-third of filling, and the general cement is filled by three-fifths, the color cement is filled by two-fifths or the general cement is filled by five. Of course, it is possible to manufacture bricks according to various changes such as filling one quarter and one fifth of color cement.
In this case, the lower part is a mixture of ordinary cement and sand and gravel, and the upper part is shown as a mixture of color cement and gravel. In such a state, the colored bricks are manufactured by pressing them at an appropriate pressure and then separating them from the mold. .
In this case, the appropriate pressure is preferably a pressure enough to hit the fist.
After curing for 2 to 3 days, it will produce a fully dried colored brick. When the bricks are stacked, the part with color cement comes out, and the general cement part appears inside when only the color cement appears from the outside. It can provide an aesthetic and environmentally friendly wall or flower bed.
Here, manufacturing the color cement so as to be visible only to the outside is performed when it is not necessary to fill the whole with the color cement to the inside, and in this case, the color cost can be reduced.
In addition, in the case of manufacturing the whole of the color cement, even if the stack is how the collar appears out there is an advantage that the operator is very easy to stack bricks even if the cost of color cement.
The size of the brick of the present invention is 36cm wide, 18cm long and 18cm thick, and there are 18cm wide, 18cm long and 18cm thick, and 36cm wide, 18cm wide and 10cm thick and 45cm wide, 18cm wide and thick. 10cm can be manufactured in various ways.
