Claims (6)
- 흡입구와 토출구를 갖는 케이싱과,
상기 케이싱내에 볼 베어링에 의해 회전 가능하게 지지되는 주축과,
상기 주축의 축단부에 연결되는 임펠러와,
상기 주축을 거쳐서 상기 임펠러를 구동 회전 가능한 캔드 모터를 구비하고, 상기 임펠러의 회전에 의해 상기 흡입구로부터 흡입된 유체를 승압하여 상기 토출구로부터 토출하는 펌프에 있어서,
상기 임펠러에 있어서의 축심방향 전방측에 전방부 슈라우드가 마련되는 동시에, 상기 임펠러에 있어서의 축심방향 후방측에 후방부 슈라우드가 마련되고,
상기 케이싱과 상기 전방부 슈라우드 사이에 축방향으로 대향하는 소정 간극이 마련되는 동시에, 상기 케이싱과 상기 전방부 슈라우드 사이에 직경방향으로 대향하는 시일부가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는
펌프. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 시일부는 상기 임펠러에 있어서의 축심방향으로 나란하게 복수 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는
펌프. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 케이싱에서, 상기 임펠러로부터의 유체 출구는 디퓨저 및 볼류트실을 거쳐서 상기 토출구에 연통되고, 상기 디퓨저에 스로틀부가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는
펌프. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 스로틀부의 형상은 상기 디퓨저의 출구에서의 유체 유출각과, 상기 디퓨저의 출구와 상기 볼류트실의 통로 면적비에 따라서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는
펌프. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 볼 베어링에 예압을 부여하는 예압 스프링이 마련되고, 상기 예압 스프링은 링 형상을 하는 골판재가 복수 적층되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는
펌프. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 임펠러는 회전 구동함으로써 초임계 CO2 유체 또는 액체 CO2를 반송 가능하고, 반도체 세정용 순환 펌프로서 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는
펌프.
