Claims (18)
- 브레이크 페달 (33) 을 통하여 작동될 수 있는 브레이크 마스터 실린더 (3), 브레이크 마스터 실린더 (3) 에 할당되는 유체 저장소 (37), 부스터 피스톤 (5) 을 갖는 유압 부스터 스테이지 (5, 35, 40), 그리고 부스트 압력을 측정하기 위해 전기적으로 제어 가능한 압력 조절 밸브 구성물 (8) 을 갖고, 상기 유압 부스터 스테이지는 브레이크 마스터 실린더 (3) 의 입구 측에 작동적으로 연결되고, 상기 부스터 피스톤은 압력 소스 (6) 에 의해 공급되는 유압 부스트 압력을 받고 모든 작동 모드에서 브레이크 마스터 실린더 (3) 의 유압 피스톤 (7) 상에 브레이크 페달 (33) 에 의한 직접 기계적 작용을 가능하게 하는 차량용 브레이크 시스템에 있어서, 상기 압력 조절 밸브 구성물 (8) 은 추가적으로 유압식으로 제어 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 브레이크 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압력 조절 밸브 구성물 (8) 은 브레이크 마스터 실린더 (3) 에 의해 발생되는 압력을 통하여 유압식으로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 브레이크 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압력 조절 밸브 구성물 (8) 은 2-스테이지 설계인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 브레이크 시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 압력 조절 밸브 구성물 (8) 은 전기적으로 제어 가능한 파일럿 제어 스테이지 (9, 및 11, 12) 및 이중 유압식으로 제어 가능한 밸브 메인 스테이지 (10) 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 브레이크 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 파일럿 제어 스테이지 (9 및 11, 12) 는 전원이 끊어질 때 폐쇄되는 아날로그 제어 가능한 2/2-방향성 제어 밸브 (11) 와, 전원이 끊어질 때 개방되는 아날로그 제어 가능한 2/2-방향성 제어 밸브 (12) 의 연속되는 연결에 의해 형성되고, 2 개의 밸브 (11, 12) 사이의 유압 중앙 탭 (28) 이 밸브 메인 스테이지 (10) 를 위한 제어 압력 중 하나를 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 브레이크 시스템.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 압력 조절 밸브 구성물 (8) 은 밸브 메인 스테이지 (10) 및 유압 제어 스테이지 (15, 16, 17, 22, 18) 를 갖는 3/3-방향성 밸브를 포함하고, 상기 밸브 메인 스테이지 (10) 는 밸브 슬리브 (13) 및 밸브 슬리브 (13) 에서 축선방향으로 변위 가능한 밸브 본체 (14) 를 포함하며, 상기 유압 제어 스테이지 (15, 16, 17, 22, 18) 는 제 1 제어 피스톤 (15) 및 제 2 제어 피스톤 (16) 을 포함하고, 상기 제 1 제어 피스톤 (15) 은 제 1 유압 제어 챔버 (17) 를 규정하고, 제 1 제어 피스톤 (15) 과 제 2 제어 피스톤 (16) 은 제 2 유압 제어 챔버 (18) 를 규정하고, 제 2 제어 피스톤 (16) 과 밸브 본체 (14) 는 유압 저장소 연결 챔버 (19) 를 규정하고 밸브 본체 (14) 와 밸브 슬리브 (13) 는 고압 연결 챔버 (20) 와 작업 압력 연결 챔버 (21) 를 규정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 브레이크 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 본체 (14) 및 제 2 제어 피스톤 (16) 은 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 브레이크 시스템.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 본체 (14) 는 제 2 제어 피스톤 (16) 으로부터 떨어져 있는 그의 단부면이 작업 압력 연결 챔버 (21) 안으로 돌출되고 고압 연결 챔버 (20) 의 압력을 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 브레이크 시스템.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 제어 챔버 (18) 는 파일럿 제어 스테이지 (9 및 11, 12) 의 중앙 탭 (28) 에 유압식으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 브레이크 시스템.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 제어 챔버 (17) 는 브레이크 마스터 실린더 (3) 의 유압 회로 (Ⅱ) 에 유압식으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 브레이크 시스템.
