Claims (9)
- 유기 전계 발광 소자에 있어서,
복소환 화합물로 구성된 전자 수송층과,
금속재료로 구성된 음극과,
상기 전자 수송층과 상기 음극 사이에 협지된 천이금속 착체층을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 천이금속 착체층을 구성하는 천이금속 착체의 중심 금속은 배위수 2 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 천이금속 착체층은 막두께 10㎚ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 천이금속 착체층은 막두께 2㎚ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전자 수송층을 구성하는 복소환 화합물은 함질소환 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 음극은 반투과성을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
