Description
Claims (19)
- 뼈 고정 요소에 로드를 결합시키기 위하여 로드를 수용하기 위한 수용부에 있어서,수용부 몸체(5; 5')와;상기 로드를 수용하기 위한 채널(12)을 가진 로드 수용부(9)와;상기 뼈 고정 요소의 헤드(3)를 수용하기 위한 헤드 수용부(16)와; 상기 헤드 수용부(16)는 개방 단부(17)를 가지고 있고, 상기 헤드의 도입과 클램핑을 허용하도록 가요성이고,상기 헤드 수용부를 둘러싸고 있는 로킹링(8; 80; 800)을 포함하고,상기 로킹링(8, 80) 또는 상기 수용부 몸체(5")는 상기 수용부 몸체 또는 상기 로킹링(800)의 일부와 협동하는 스프링부(83; 90; 101)를 각각 포함하고, 이 때문에 상기 헤드를 상기 로킹링의 사전 로킹 위치 내에 클램핑되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용부.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 스프링부(83; 90)는 상기 로킹링의 에지에 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 수용부.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 로킹링은 사전 로킹 위치(P2)를 점유할 수 있으며, 거기에서 상기 헤드는 상기 헤드 수용부(16)와 상기 헤드가 로킹되어 있는 로킹 위치(P3) 상에 작용하는 사전 응력에 의해 상기 헤드 수용부 내에 클램핑되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용부.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 로킹링(8; 80)은 상기 헤드가 상기 헤드 수용부 내에 삽입될 수 있는 삽입 위치(P1)를 점유할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용부.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 로킹링(8)은 상기 헤드 수용부의 개방 단부(17)에 대향하는 하부 에지와 상기 개방 단부로부터 멀리 대향하고 있는 상부 에지를 가지고, 상기 스프링부(83)는 상기 상부 에지 상에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용부.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 스프링부는 방사방향으로 가요성인 상부림(83)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용부.
- 청구항 5 또는 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 스프링부(83)는 상기 림에 구비되어 있는 적어도 하나의 동축 슬릿(84)에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수용부.
- 청구항 5 내지 청구항 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 스프링부(83)는 상기 로드 수용부(9) 내의 홈(30, 31) 또는 상기 로드 수용부의 단부면(9b)과 협동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용부.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 로킹링(80)은 상기 헤드 수용부의 개방 단부(17)에 대향하는 하부 에지와, 상기 개방 단부로부터 멀리 대향되어 있는 상부 에지를 가지며, 상기 스피링부(90)는 상기 하부 에지에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용부.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,상기 스프링부(90)는 가요성의 방사 방향 돌출부, 바람직하게는, 적어도 두 개의 가요성 방사 방향 노우즈(90)에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수용부.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 돌출부는 상기 헤드 수용부 내의 홈과 협동하고, 바람직하게는 상기 게방 단부 내에 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 수용부.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,상기 홈(40)은 노치 형상을 가지며 사전 로킹 상태에서 헐거워지게 되도록 상기 가요성 돌출부(90)의 해제를 용이하게 하기 위하여 하방으로 경사진 측벽(40a)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 수용부.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 12 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 헤드 수용부(16)는 테이퍼진 부분을 가진 외표면을 가지며 상기 로킹링(8)은 테이퍼진 부분(81a) 또는 만곡부(81a')를 가진 내표면을 가지며, 상기 만 곡부는 상기 로킹링의 중심에 대향되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용부.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 13 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 로킹링(8; 80; 800)은 상기 로드를 거쳐 로드에 일정 압력이 작용되도록 이동가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 수용부.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 14 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 로드 수용부는 제 1 단부(9a)와, 제 2 단부(9b)와, 상기 제 1 단부로부터 상기 로드를 위한 채널을 형성하는 상기 제 2 단부 방향으로 연장된 홈(12)을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 수용부.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 15 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 로드 수용부(9)는 제 1 단부(9a)와 제 2 단부(9b)를 가지고 있고 상기 헤드 수용부(6)는 상기 제 2 단부(9b)의 측면에 배열되어 있고, 상기 제 2 단부의 측면의 상기 헤드 수용부(16)의 외경은 상기 제 2 단부(9b)에서 상기 로드 수용부(9)의 직경보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 수용부.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 16 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 수용부 몸체(5)는 복수의 슬릿(19)을 구비하고 이는 개방 단부(17)로 개방되어 있고 적어도 하나의 슬릿(15, 19)은 연속적으로 상기 개방 단부로부터 상기 로드 수용부(9)내로 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 수용부.
- 청구항 1, 청구항 13 내지 청구항 17 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 스프링부(100)는 상기 수용부 몸체(5") 상에 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 수용부.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 18 중 어느 한 항에 따른 수용부와 나사이를 가진 축과 헤드(3)를 가진 뼈 고정 요소(1)를 구비한 뼈 고정 장치로서, 폐쇄부재(7)는 상기 로드(6)를 상기 홈(12) 내에 고정하기 위한 내부 나사를 구비한 것을 특징으로하는 뼈 고정 장치.
