Claims (12)
- 다수의 출구들(7)을 갖는 매니폴드(manifold)(6)에 의해 이어지는 공기 흡입 도관(3) 내측에서 배기 가스들의 소용돌이 유동을 생성하는 재순환된 배기 가스를 도입하기 위한 수단을 포함하고, 이 배기 가스들이 상기 매니폴드(6)의 흡입구(5)의 상류에서, 특히 타원형 단면의 공기 흡입 도관(3) 및/또는 평탄한 흡입구(5) 및/또는 평탄한 플레넘(plenum)(8)을 갖는 매니폴드(6)를 위해 허용된 신선한 공기와 혼합되는 내연기관용 배기 가스 재순환 장치로서, 상기 장치는 상기 배기 가스들을 분사하도록 디자인되어서 상기 배기 가스들이 상기 매니폴드(6)의 출구들(7)과 자립식인 두 개의 인접한 엇회전 소용돌이들(contrarotating swirling vortex)(14, 15)을 형성하는, 내연기관용 배기 가스 재순환 장치에 있어서,상기 장치는 상기 공기 흡입 도관(3) 내측에 대칭적으로 나란히 위치된 두 개의 완전한 관형 노즐들(10, 11) 또는 두 개의 불완전한 관형 노즐들(20, 21)의 형태인 이중 관형 혼합 노즐들과, 상기 두 개의 관형 혼합 노즐들(10, 11; 20, 21)에 대해 공통인 단일 배기 가스 운반 파이프(2)를 포함하고, 상기 공통 운반 파이프(2)는 상기 두 개의 혼합 노즐들의 대칭 평면에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기 가스 재순환 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이중 관형 혼합 노즐(10, 11)은 나란히 배치된 두 개의 관형 노즐들(10, 11)에 대해 접선 방향으로 위치된 상기 공통 배기 가스 운반 파이프(2)와 직접 연통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기 가스 재순환 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 두 개의 관형 노즐들(10, 11)은 서로 평행하고 상기 공기 흡입 도관(3)의 중심 축선과 평행한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기 가스 재순환 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 두 개의 관형 노즐들(10, 11)은 상기 공기 흡입 도관(3)의 중심 축선(18)과 각도(A)를 또한 형성하는 분기(divergent) 축선들(16, 17)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기 가스 재순환 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공통 배기 가스 운반 파이프(2)는 상기 이중 관형 혼합 노즐(10, 11)과 일체형 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기 가스 재순환 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 일체형 부재는 환형 고정 스커트(skirt)(13)에 의해, 예를 들어 용접에 의해 고정되고, 상기 공통 배기 가스 운반 파이프(2)를 상기 공기 흡입 도관(3)의 외부 벽에 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기 가스 재순환 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 두 개의 관형 혼합 노즐들은 실질적으로 반원통형 편향(deflecting) 벽(20, 21)으로 각각 초래되고, 이 이중 편향 벽은 상기 공통 배기 가스 운반 파이프(2)의 마우스(mouth)(12)와 직면하게 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기 가스 재순환 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 서로 부착되나 상기 공통 배기 가스 운반 파이프(2)에는 부착되지 않는 상기 두 개의 실질적인 반원통형 편향 벽들(20, 21)은 고정 러그들(24, 25, 26)에 의해 상기 공기 흡입 도관(3)의 내부 벽에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기 가스 재순환 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 두 개 또는 세 개인 상기 고정 러그들(24, 25, 26)은 상기 공기 흡입 도관(3)의 내부 벽에 달라붙도록 설계된 유지 클로(걸림부)(claws)(27)를 그들 외부 에지에서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기 가스 재순환 장치.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 두 개의 반원통형 편향 벽들(20, 21)은 하나의 동일한 굽힘 및 접힘 시트로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기 가스 재순환 장치.
- 제 8 항 및 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 두 개의 반원통형 편향 벽들(20, 21) 및 고정 러그들(24, 25, 26)을 포함하는 조립체는 하나의 동일한 굽힘 및 접힘 시트로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기 가스 재순환 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 두 개의 반원통형 편향 벽들(20, 21) 및 고정 러그들(24, 25, 26)로 구성되는 상술한 조립체는 이 조립체가 받게 되는 탄성 응력의 영향 하에서 장착되고, 이 응력은 상기 공기 흡입 도관(3) 내측에 이를 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기 가스 재순환 장치.
