Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- LED 칩을 포함하는 LED 램프를 패키지로 해제가능하게 장착하기 위한 소켓에 있어서:상기 LED 램프 상에 램프 전력 접촉들을 접촉하고 상기 LED 칩에 전력을 공급하기 위한 소켓 전력 접촉들; 및작동 동안 상기 소켓 전력 접촉들을 상기 램프 전력 접촉들과 전기적인 접촉하여 유지하고 상기 LED 램프를 교체하는 것이 바람직할 때 상기 LED 램프가 쉽게 제거 및 교체되도록 허용하기 위한 메커니즘(mechanism)을 포함하는, 소켓.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 소켓 전력 접촉들은 포인트 접촉들(point contacts)인, 소켓.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 소켓 전력 접촉들을 상기 램프 전력 접촉들과 전기적인 접촉하여 유지하기 위한 상기 메커니즘은 스프링 바이어스 트레이(spring biased tray)로서, 상기 LED 램프를 교체하기 위해 손가락 압력으로 눌려질 수 있고, 눌러지지 않을 때 상기 트레이의 LED 램프의 상기 램프 전력 접촉들에 대해 상기 소켓 전력 접촉들을 바이어스하기 위한 스프링 힘을 제공하는, 상기 스프링 바이어스 트레이를 포함하는, 소켓.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 스프링 바이어스 트레이는 상기 LED 램프의 베이스(base)의 외부 치수보다 약간 더 큰 내부 치수를 갖는, 소켓.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 소켓은 상기 LED 램프의 하부 표면과 실질적으로 동일한 치수들을 갖는 베이스를 갖는, 소켓.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 소켓 전력 접촉들 및 상기 유지하기 위한 메커니즘은 통합 접촉 및 바이어스 메커니즘으로 조합되는, 소켓
- 제 1 항에 있어서,해제가능한 고정 메커니즘을 더 포함하는, 소켓.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 LED 칩은 장착 기판 상에 장착되고 상기 소켓 전력 접촉들은 상기 장착 기판의 상부 표면 상의 램프 전력 접촉들과 전기적인 접촉을 하도록 배열되는, 소켓.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 LED 칩은 장착 기판 상에 장착되고 상기 소켓 전력 접촉들은 상기 장착 기판의 하부 표면 상의 램프 전력 접촉들과 전기적인 접촉을 하도록 배열되는, 소켓.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 LED 램프는 다수의 LED 칩들을 포함하고 상기 소켓은 상기 다수의 LED 칩들의 전기적인 접촉들에 대응하는 소켓 전력 접촉들을 갖는, 소켓.
- LED 조명 모듈에 있어서:인쇄 회로 기판; 및상기 인쇄 회로 기판 상에 물리적으로 장착되고 전기적으로 접속된 복수의 LED 램프 소켓들로서, 상기 LED 램프 소켓들은 열의 사용, 땜납, 또는 보통의 손 압력 이상의 물리적 힘을 사용하지 않고 상기 LED 램프 소켓들의 LED 램프들의 용이한 삽입 및 제거를 위한 해제가능한 메커니즘을 제공하는, 상기 복수의 LED 램프 소켓들을 포함하는, LED 조명 모듈.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,각 LED 램프 소켓에 삽입된 LED를 더 포함하는, LED 조명 모듈.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,각 LED 램프는 하부 풋프린트(bottom footprint)를 갖고, 각 LED 램프 소켓은 상기 LED 램프와 실질적으로 동일한 하부 풋프린트를 갖는, LED 조명 모듈.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,각 LED 램프 소켓은 그 안에 삽입된 LED 램프의 전기적인 접촉들과 전기적인 접촉을 하기 위한 전기적인 접촉들을 갖고, 상기 LED 램프 소켓에 대해 LED 램프 접촉들을 바이어스하기 위한 스프링 바이어스 메커니즘이 상기 LED 램프가 그 안에 삽입될 때 전기적인 접촉하는, LED 조명 모듈.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,각 LED 램프 소켓은 LED 램프를 수용하기 위한 트레이를 포함하는, LED 조명 모듈.
- 교체가능한 LED 램프를 갖는 휴대가능한 개인용 LED 광에 있어서:전력을 턴 온 및 턴 오프하기 위한 전력 스위치;쉽게 해제가능한 LED 램프 소켓;LED 램프; 및하우징(housing)을 포함하는, 휴대가능한 개인용 LED 광.
- 제 16 항의 배터리로 전력 공급되는 휴대가능한 광으로서, 상기 쉽게 해제가능한 LED 램프 소켓은:상기 LED 램프 상에 램프 전력 접촉들을 접촉하고 상기 LED 칩에 전력을 공급하기 위한 소켓 전력 접촉들; 및작동 동안 상기 소켓 전력 접촉들을 상기 램프 전력 접촉들과 전기적인 접촉하여 유지하고 상기 LED 램프를 교체하는 것이 바람직할 때 상기 LED 램프가 쉽게 제거 및 교체되도록 허용하기 위한 메커니즘을 포함하는, 배터리로 전력 공급되는 휴대가능한 광.
