Claims (1)
- 상단에 형성된 투입구(2)를 통해 잘게 분쇄된 수지원료를 투입받아 용융하는 압출기(1)와,상기 압출기(1)의 토출구(3)를 통하여 압출되는 용융수지를 인입구(11)로 유입받아 내부경로(12)와 외부경로(13) 및 다수의 격벽경로(14)를 경유하는 중에 내벽(41)과 외벽(42) 그리고 격벽(43)에 의한 공간(44)들을 일체로 구비한 합성수지관(40)으로 성형되어 배출구(15)로 배출되도록 하는 안내금형(10)과,상기의 합성수지관(40)이 통과하는 중에 상면의 분사구(21)를 통해 냉각수를 분사하면서 외면을 냉각시키는 제1 냉각기(20)와,상기의 합성수지관(40)이 배출되는 경로의 레일(31)에 설치되어 펌프(32)에 의해 다수의 토출관(33)으로 분사 공급되는 냉각수가 상기 합성수지관(40)의 공간(44)들로 공급되도록 하는 제2 냉각기(30)들로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지관용 압출 성형시스템의 냉각장치.
