Abstract

A method for combining a lid to the necks of the different kind of containers is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by allowing one lid to be combined to the neck of different kinds of containers without additional connection part. A method for combining a lid(1) to the necks of the different kind of container without additional connection part comprises the steps of forming a first screw thread(13) fitted to the neck of a container having an outer diameter of 28 mm at the inner side part(12) of a main body(10); and forming a second screw thread(14) fitted to the neck of another container having an outer diameter of 26.78 mm at the upper part of the first screw thread, wherein the size is limited so as to allow the ending and starting points of the first screw thread to be located between the end of the screw thread of the neck of another container having an outer diameter of 26.78 mm and a skirt hooking groove.

Description

Combined lid to heterogeneous container neck without separate connection

Figure 1 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view showing a preferred embodiment of the present invention, showing a state in which the lid is coupled to the neck of the container of 28mm,

Figure 2 is a longitudinal sectional view of the main part showing a state in which the lid is attached to the neck of the container 26.78mm,

3 is a partial longitudinal cross-sectional view of a lid designed to be used interchangeably with a vessel neck of 28 mm and 26.78 mm.

The present invention relates to a structure in which the lid is coupled to the heterogeneous container neck without a separate connection, and in the conventional case, when the dimensions of the container neck are different, there is a closed end that requires a separate connection.

The container neck holds the lid, and the received lid safely holds the contents in the container and is present for opening and closing the contents.

However, according to the diversification of the industry, consumer's preference is also changed, and the standard of the neck of a container, which was conventionally uniform, is changing.

For example, the 28mm container neck, which was an international standard, is now too subdivided, and according to the shape, the thread shape is 1 to 5 rows.

In addition, a 26.78 mm container neck similar to 28 mm has been put to practical use, mainly due to the weight of the container, and then to the weight of the corresponding lid.

Food and beverage companies that handle various container necks do not have any problems because they use the appropriate caps, but various container necks cause a lot of burdens in terms of those who operate against empty containers that have already been distributed and used.

In other words, if you put the extract or powder, etc. in the lid, and separately measures the lid that accommodates these heterogeneous substances in the measure of operating, there is a lot of cost because the lid must be prepared to fit the neck of various types of containers.

In addition, consumers have a lack of discrimination, and there is a possibility that it can be used only after reading the instruction manual in detail.

In order to overcome this end, the present invention is to develop a lid that can be hermetically coupled to different container necks as one lid.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings of the present invention will be described.

The lid 1 of the present invention can be applied with or without the heterogeneous material in the state, and the present invention shows and describes the lid 1 in the form of accommodating the heterogeneous material.

The inner wall portion 12 of the outer surface portion 11 of the main body 10 of the lid 1 is formed with an inner surface portion 12 for receiving the container neck.

The inner surface portion 12 is formed with a first screw thread 13 corresponding to an outer diameter of the container neck of 28 mm, and in the subsequent upward direction of the first screw thread 13, an outer diameter of the container neck is 26.78 mm. 2 screw thread 14 is formed.

In addition, the sealing part 15 has airtightness applied to 28 mm and 26.78 mm.

In the following, 28 mm and 26.78 mm are lids having an elastic seal, so that the inner diameter of the container neck can be hermetically sealed as a single seal.

As an example of the use of the present invention, when the lid 1 is coupled to the container neck of 28 mm in the state as shown in FIG. , While the second screw thread 14 is slightly opened (expanded), while the airtight part 15 is in close contact with the inner wall of the container neck, airtightness is maintained.

When the lid 1 is attached to the container neck of 26.78 mm, the first thread 13 passes through the thread formed in the container neck 101 'without resistance, and the second thread 14 is the 26.78 mm thread. When placed in a strong bond and the simultaneous seal 15 is inserted into the inner wall of the container neck to maintain the airtight.

As described above, the present invention has a large feature that can maintain the airtightness of the mold neck of the form in which there is not much difference as one lid.

In addition, the container neck is not 28mm, 26.78mm even if the appearance is similar and can be applied to the container neck of various spheres when the difference in the outer diameter is close to about 2mm.

In particular, the present invention, as shown in Figure 2, the first screw thread 13 is positioned so as to be located within the "A" which is between the skirting jaw that the skirt of the lid is caught at the end of the thread of the container neck 101 ' The size of the thread 13 is adjusted.

In other words, the screw start point and the screw end point of the first screw thread 13 are calculated to be located within the symbol "A" and manufactured.

The reason for this is that if the first screw thread 13 deviates from the designation "A", there is a risk that the main body 10 will be similarly assembled when it is coupled to the container necks 100 and 100 '.

If the container neck is different, it is necessary to prepare the caps for each dimension, but it can be solved as one lid, so the opportunity cost is reduced, and only one lid can be managed where it is consumed, thereby reducing the cost. .
