Claims (13)
- 기준 전극, 작동 전극 및 전극연결부가 구비되어 있는 하부기판과;시료도입부와 상기 시료도입부로부터 T형으로 갈라지도록 설계되고 기준 전극 및 작동 전극이 노출되는 검출부에 연결되되 각각 선택적으로 효소접합체 저장소 또는 기질 저장소가 배치되어 있는 2개의 미세유로, 시료 용액에 의해 용해된 기질 용액이 상기 검출부에 시간적으로 후에 도달되도록 상기 기질 저장소가 배치되어 있는 미세유로 상에 부가되는 통기부 및 공기배출구를 구비한 혼합부, 상기 검출부를 통과한 유체가 흡수되는 흡수부, 상기 흡수부 말단에 통기부가 구비되고 상기 하부기판 위에 적층되는 중간기판과;상기 중간기판에 형성된 미세유로에 모세관 현상을 유도하도록 적층되는 상부기판을 포함하여 구비되는 미세유로형 센서 복합 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하부기판은 중간기판의 흡수부 말단에서의 시료 도달을 감지하는 유동성 감지 전극이 더 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세유로형 센서 복합 구조물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유동성 감지 전극은 시료의 도달을 감지함으로써 기질 용액의 주입 시점을 알려주는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세유로형 센서 복합 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하부기판은 검출 신호의 편차를 최소화할 수 있는 단수 또는 복수의 검정전극이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세유로형 센서 복합 구조물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 검정전극은 바탕신호를 측정하는 검정전극(검정1전극)과 포화 또는 일부 포화된 효소접합체의 포화 신호를 측정하는 검정전극(검정2전극)인 것을 특징으로 하는 미세유로형 센서 복합 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중간기판은 분석 물질만을 선별하여 시료 도입부에 공급할 수 있는 필터 패드부 및 필터 패드를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세유로형 센서 복합 구조물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 필터 패드는 혈액의 혈청만을 선별하여 시료도입부에 공급하는 혈액 필터패드인 것을 특징으로 하는 미세유로형 센서 복합 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작동 전극에 시료가 도달하는 순서는 시료 용액에 의해 용해된 효소접합체 용액이 도달하고, 일정시간 경과 후 기질 용액이 도달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세유로형 센서 복합 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작동 전극에는 시료 내의 분석물질과 면역반응을 유도할 수 있는 항체 또는 분자인지물질이 고정화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세유로형 센서 복합 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출부는 항체 또는 분자인식물질과 시료 내의 분석물질간의 면역반응 후 효소접합체 및 기질 용액간의 효소-기질반응에 의해 발생되는 전기화학적 신호를 검출장치로 송신하여 분석물질의 정량적인 정보를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세유로형 센서 복합 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡수부는 모세관 현상에 의해 시료의 흐름을 지속적으로 유지시킴으로써 검출부에서의 반응을 지속시키고, 미반응된 물질에 대한 세척효 과를 높여 고감도의 검출 신호를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세유로형 센서 복합 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부기판은 미세유로형 센서 복합 구조물 전체에서 모세관 현상이 유지되도록 시료도입부와 통기부가 개방되도록 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세유로형 센서 복합 구조물.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항의 미세유로형 센서 복합 구조물을 이용한 분석물질 농도의 고감도 및 정량적 측정 방법.
