Claims (3)
- 모터(11)와 연결하는 부분에서 베어링에 지지되어 동력을 공급하는 모터 축(12)과;상기 모터 축(12)의 한 부분에 설치하는 커플링(14)과;상기 모터 축(12)과 커플링(14)에 의해 연결하며 양측에서 베어링(16, 21)으로 지지하는 회전축(15)과;상기 모터(11)의 베어링 한 부분에 설치한 모터 베어링 온도센서(13)와, 회전축 베어링(16)의 한 부분에 설치한 베어링 진동센서(17) 및 베어링 온도센서(18), 토오크 메타(30) 및 로드셀(31)를 연결한 제어박스(27)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 동력전달용 커플링 성능 시험평가 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모터(11)는 하측의 모터 받침대(22)에 장공(23)을 설치하여 커플링(14)의 두께(폭)에 따라 설치위치를 조정하여 고정 볼트(24)로 연결하고, 모터 받침대(22)의 하측에 이송대(25)를 설치하여 조정볼트(26)에 의해 모터 축(12)과 회전축(15)의 정렬(얼라이먼트)을 이송대(25)의 장공(28-2)과 본체(10)에 설치된 가이드 핀(28-1)에 의해 조정 볼트(26)로 임의로 미세하게 두 축(12, 15)의 정렬을 조정하여 고정 볼트(29)에 의해 고정할 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 동력전달용 커플링 성능 시험평가 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 회전축(15)은 한 부분에 디스크(19)를 설치하고, 이 디스크(19)에는 하중장치(20)를 연결하여 하중변화를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달용 커플링 성능 시험평가 장치.
