Claims (4)
- 외기도입구(12)와 내기도입구(14)와 내부통로(16)를 갖는 공조케이스(10)와, 상기 내기도입구(14)를 개방하는 내기모드위치(X)와 상기 외기도입구(12)를 개방하는 외기모드위치(Y) 사이에서 운동하는 인테이크 도어(15)와, 상기 내부통로(16)에 음,양이온(Ion)과 오존(O3)을 방출하는 이온발생기(40)를 구비하는 차량용 공조시스템에 있어서,상기 인테이크 도어(15)가 외기모드위치(Y) 상태인가를 감지하는 외기모드 감지수단(50)과;차량의 실내 오존농도를 감지하는 오존감지수단(60)과;상기 외기모드 감지수단(50)과 상기 오존감지수단(60)의 감지신호에 따라 상기 이온발생기(40)를 제어하는 콘트롤러(70)를 포함하며;상기 콘트롤러(70)는,상기 외기모드 감지수단(50)에서 신호가 입력되면, 상기 이온발생기(40)에 인가되는 전압을 증가시켜 음,양이온과 오존의 방출량을 증가시키는 오존모드(76)와, 상기 오존모드(76)시에 상기 오존감지수단(60)으로부터 입력된 실내 오존농도가 미리 설정된 오존농도 이상이면, 상기 이온발생기(40)에 인가되는 전압을 감소시켜 음,양이온과 오존의 방출량을 감소시키는 클린모드(74)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조시스템 이온발생기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 콘트롤러(70)는,상기 외기모드 감지수단(50)의 신호가 소거(消去)되면, 상기 클린모드시 보다 더 낮은 전압을 상기 이온발생기(40)에 인가하여 음,양이온과 오존의 방출량을 더 감소시키는 이온모드(72)와, 상기 클린모드(74)를 미리 설정된 시간 간격으로 교번 제어하는 이온/클린 교번모드(79)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조시스템의 이온발생기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 콘트롤러(70)는,상기 이온발생기(40)에 4.0㎸의 전압을 인가하여 상기 오존모드(76)로 제어하고, 상기 이온발생기(40)에 3.2㎸의 전압을 인가하여 상기 클린모드(74)로 제어하며, 상기 이온발생기(40)에 2.5㎸의 전압을 인가하여 상기 이온모드(72)로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조시스템의 이온발생기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 외기모드 감지수단(50)은,상기 인테이크 도어(15)를 외기모드위치(Y)로 전환시키기 위한 내, 외기 전환스위치(15a)이며,상기 내, 외기 전환스위치(15a)는, 사용자가 인테이크 도어(15)를 외기모드위치(Y)로 전환하는 것을 감지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조시스템의 이온발생기.
