Claims (9)
- 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치이며,엔진과모터/제너레이터와,이들 엔진 및 모터/제너레이터 사이에 체결 및 해방 가능한 제1 클러치를 개재시키고,상기 모터/제너레이터 및 구동 차륜간에 체결 및 해방 가능한 제2 클러치 및 복수의 마찰 체결 요소의 체결에 의해 동력 전달 경로를 2개 이상 선택 가능한 변속 장치를 개재시키고,제1 클러치를 해방하는 동시에 제2 클러치를 체결 상태로 한 전기 주행 모드와, 제1 클러치 및 제2 클러치의 체결에 의해 동력 전달 가능한 상태로 한 하이브리드 주행 모드를 선택 가능하게 하는 제어기와,상기 제어기는 상기 전기 주행 모드와 상기 하이브리드 주행 모드간의 모드 절환과, 상기 변속 장치에서의 변속(절환)과의 2개의 구동력 전동 상태의 절환이 요구되었을 때,상기 구동력 전동 상태의 절환을, 적어도 차속에 관한 차량 정보나 엔진 부하에 관한 차량 정보에 따른 타이밍에서 행하게 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차량 정보가 상기 구동력 전동 상태의 절환을 소정의 속도보다도 완만하게 행하는 것을 요구하고 있다고 나타내는 것일 때, 상기 모드 절환 후에 상기 변속을 행하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차량 정보가 상기 구동력 전동 상태의 절환을 소정의 속도보다도 빠르게 행하는 것을 요구하고 있다고 나타내는 것일 때, 상기 모드 절환과 상기 변속을 같은 시기에 행하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 차속이 소정의 값보다도 높은 경우, 또는 엔진 부하가 소정의 값보다도 작은 경우에는, 상기 구동력 전동 상태의 절환을 소정의 속도보다도 완만하게 행하는 것을 요구하고 있다고 나타내는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 차속이 소정의 값보다도 낮은 경우, 또는 엔진 부하가 소정의 값보다도 큰 경우에는, 상기 구동력 전동 상태의 절환을 소정의 속도보다도 빠르게 행하는 것을 요구하고 있다고 나타내는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모드 절환은 EV로부터 HEV로의 절환인 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변속은 다운시프트인 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엔진 부하라 함은 액셀 개방도를 나타내는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 클러치는 변속 장치의 내부에 있는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 장치.
