Claims (6)
- 코디어라이트 분말에 기계적 특성의 증진을 위한 지르코니아 분말, 기공 형성을 위한 흑연 분말 및 성형조제용 첨가제를 혼합하여 혼합물을 만들고 상기 혼합물을 성형하여 허니컴 성형체를 제조한 후 상기 허니컴 성형체를 건조 및 소성하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 코디어라이트/지르코니아 세라믹 허니컴.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지르코니아 분말은,1~5wt% 범위로 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 코디어라이트/지르코니아 세라믹 허니컴.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 흑연 분말은,5~30wt% 범위로 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 코디어라이트/지르코니아 세라믹 허니컴.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지르코니아 분말은,안정화 또는 부분 안정화 지르코니아이고, 입자 형태가 구상인 것을 특징으 로 하는 다공성 코디어라이트/지르코니아 세라믹 허니컴.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 흑연 분말은,입자 형태가 판상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 코디어라이트/지르코니아 세라믹 허니컴.
- 코디어라이트 분말에 기계적 특성의 증진을 위한 지르코니아 분말, 기공형성제인 흑연 분말 및 성형조제용 첨가제를 정량적으로 혼합하여 혼합물을 얻는 단계와,상기 혼합물을 혼련하는 단계와,상기 혼합물을 압출성형하여 허니컴 성형체를 제조하는 단계와,상기 허니컴 성형체를 건조 및 소성하여 세라믹 허니컴을 완성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 코디어라이트/지르코니아 세라믹 허니컴 제조방법.
