Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 탄소수가 5 이상인 모노올과 유기 다이아이소사이아네이트를, 유기 카복실산 비스무트염 및 유기 아인산 트라이에스터를 이용하여 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 알로파네이트기 함유 폴리아이소사이아네이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 모노올과 상기 유기 다이아이소사이아네이트를 반응시켜 우레탄기를 갖는 화합물을 형성한 후, 해당 화합물을 유기 카복실산 비스무트염과 유기 아인산 트라이에스터의 공존 하에서 알로파네이트화하는 것을 특징으로 하는알로파네이트기 함유 폴리아이소사이아네이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유기 다이아이소사이아네이트가, 지방족 또는 지환식의 다이아이소사이아네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는알로파네이트기 함유 폴리아이소사이아네이트의 제조 방법.
- 측쇄에 탄소수가 5 이상인 탄화수소기를 갖는 알로파네이트기 함유 폴리아이소사이아네이트와, 2작용 이상의 활성 수소 화합물을 반응시켜 이루어지는우레탄 프리폴리머.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 알로파네이트기 함유 폴리아이소사이아네이트가, 탄소수가 5 이상인 탄화수소기를 갖는 모노올과 유기 다이아이소사이아네이트를 반응시켜 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는우레탄 프리폴리머.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 우레탄 프리폴리머가 활성 수소기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는우레탄 프리폴리머.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 우레탄 프리폴리머가 아이소사이아네이트기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는우레탄 프리폴리머.
- 청구항 6에 기재된 활성 수소기를 갖는 우레탄 프리폴리머와 폴리아이소사이아네이트를 포함하는 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물.
- 청구항 7에 기재된 아이소사이아네이트기를 갖는 우레탄 프리폴리머와 활성 수소 화합물을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,올레핀폴리올을 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는폴리우레탄 수지 조성물.
- 청구항 8 내지 청구항 10 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물을 함유하는 접착제.
- 청구항 8 내지 청구항 10 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물을 함유하는 프라이머.
- 청구항 8 내지 청구항 10 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물을 함유하는 앵커 코팅제.
