Claims (8)
- i. 알칸을 산소 또는 산소-함유 기체, 예를 들어, 공기와 촉매의 존재하에서 반응시켜, 적어도 하나의 불포화 카복실산 및 일정 농도의 포화 카복실산을 포함하는 생성물을 수득하고,ii. 포화 카복실산에 대한 부분 산화 반응 선택성을 감소시키고, 적어도 일부의 포화 카복실산을 파괴하거나, 전환시키거나, 또는 분리시킴으로써, 포화 카복실산의 불순물 농도를 감소시키는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칸의 선택적 부분 산화에 의해 불포화 카복실산을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,i. 알칸이 프로판을 포함하고;ii. 불포화 카복실산이 아크릴산을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 촉매가i. 하기 실험식을 포함하는 혼합 금속 산화물:AaMbNcXdZeOf(상기식에서, A는 Mo 및 W로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소이고; M은 V 및 Ce로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소이며; N은 Te, Sb 및 Se로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소이고; X는 Nb, Ta, Ti, Al, Zr, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ru, Co, Rh, Ni, Pt, Sb, Bi, B, In, As, Ge, Sn, Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, Fr, Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Ra, Hf, Pb, P, Pm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb 및 Lu로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소이며; Z는 Zn, Ga, Ir, Sm, Pd, Au, Ag, Cu, Sc, Y, Pr, Nd 및 Tb로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소이고; 여기에서, a = 1, b = 0.01 내지 1.0, c = 0.01 내지 1.0, d = 0.01 내지 1.0, e = 0 내지 0.1이고, f는 다른 원소의 산화 상태에 의존한다); 또는,ii. 산화성 탈수소화 촉매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 포화 카복실산 농도의 감소가 프로피온산의 산화성 탈수소화를 조정하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 포화 카복실산 농도의 감소가 Mo, P, Fe 및 V 또는 그의 조합을 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 금속 산화물인 촉매를 첨가하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 포화 카복실산 농도의 감소가 알데히드와 반응하는 포화 카복실산의 알돌 축합을 조정하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 포화 카복실산 농도의 감소가 포화 카복실산을 흡착성 증 류로 분리시키는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 포화 카복실산 농도의 감소가i. 루이스 염기가 아크릴산과 착물을 형성하고;ii. 루이스산과 착물을 형성한 아크릴이 프로피온산으로부터 분리되는 추출성 증류 프로세스를 조정하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
